If I could give this place negative stars I would..This dealership is a JOKE! I bought a jeep on a Saturday..the salesman told me to bring it back on Monday to be serviced and cleaned up. He also said it would only take a day. I brought the jeep in Monday night and it wasnt ready until Wednesday night. Then on Saturday, the jeep started to make a knocking noise. We brought it to a mechanic who said the rod bearings are pretty much shot and that there is def some engine issues. I decided to bring the Jeep to another mechanic on Monday night and have them give me a second opinion. When I picked up the jeep Tuesday night, they confirmed there was a definite noise coming from the engine and could very well be the rod bearings. I brought the jeep straight to the dealership that same night but of course, there wasnt anybody to speak with. We ended up talking with one of the sales managers who drove the car herself and also heard that sound. We decided to leave the car at the dealership over night and have somebody look at it. We were told somebody would be calling us in the morning and let us know what was happening..the next day at 3:30 still no phone call. I had to call myself and of course the lady that we spoke to last night wasnt in. I was transferred to a service manager and was told the car is being worked on and they werent sure how long it would be before the problem was fixed. I asked if somebody could please give me a call and let me know because I now have to share a vehicle with my bf - which is the whole reason we needed a car in the first place! He said somebody would call and apologized for not being contacted earlier. My boyfriend decided to call the sales manager himself to find out what was going on. He left a voice mail with him just wanting to find out what was going on with the jeep. Well the sales manager called me and when I told him why we were calling, he was a complete JERK - his tone was sarcastic and nasty. He was extremely rude and when I expressed my concern about having my car only a week and only having it in my actually possession for a few days, all he could say is i understand and we are doing the right thing. He had no idea when the car would be done and told me I need to contact somebody else for a status update..WHY DO I HAVE TO KEEP CONTACTING YOU!? You should be contacting me! Thats what good customer service is. He didnt want to hear anything I had to say and had no remorse for selling me a piece of crap.. I am completely appalled that I would be talked down to like that. I just bought a $20,000 car from you and this is how Im treated? If I would have known this is how I would be treated a week after buying my jeep I would have NEVER stepped foot into a place like that. I am completely disgusted with this dealership and their so called "manager"..what a disgrace. You should be ashamed of yourself.

So I went into the dealership about a month or two ago and I didnt want to do this review because Im not that type of person the business should not reflect on bad employees because the business owner could be a good person but also if the owner doesnt know whats going on in his own business then he needs to know so me and my buddy went in the dealership to buy a vehicle because Im on the market I had cash and I was also going to finance I walked in there right as they were opening I get it you know everybodys just getting in the door you know they got to put their stuff down have to get their coffee I totally get it so we waited about 30 minutes you know I think 30 minutes is fair to say just to ge you already know pumped out for sales and you know get your meetings out get your coffee and get you going in the morning so we waited 30 minutes we looked around to see what we wanted but we we had a couple questions about a couple cars but I forgot to say that when we first walked in there nobod really said hello except for one person and I dont remember unfortunately the name of the salesperson he said he was coming back once he put hid stuff down so I guess I understand that part but he nevery came back so we saw nobody coming so we decided to leave on our way out the group was outside they were all talking in a small group but nobody asked if we needed help I guess I felt like they saw us that we didnt have any money maybe because of the way you were dressed it was a day that I was off and wanted to wear comfortable sure its just a shirt and some shoes and my friend _was the same way we werent wearing anything fancy I felt as we were seen as we didnt have any money so why bother so I actually went to buy another vehicle at Lokey Kia ended up buying a brand-new Sorento cuz thats kind of what I wanted and I also ended up buying a little Kia Forte so I ended up buying two cars one for my wife one for me and I was also in the market for a bigger SUV and the only reason I bought it is because I just test drove it it felt great I never really owned Kia I heard good stuff about kia now and I decided to give him a shot so mr. Chrysler owner guy you should teach your staff not to judge a book by its cover I ended up buying three cars in less then a month I make good money and so does my wife but I do think that one employee who actually said hello I wish I remembered his name but at the same time you never came back so thank you for listening at least you will never hear me step into your business again and if somebody says I should go to Chrysler in Clearwater you better believe Im going to say hell no they would treat you like crap there thanks

I took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 4x4 into Dayton Andrews Clearwater to have regular maintenance done on November 4, 2016. I was told it needed an alignment and I paid $99.95 for a 4 wheel alignment (exhibit A). My Jeep did not get aligned. In fact it got unaligned, within 3 weeks my tires are cupping/feathering and my front end is visibly vibrating. I took it to another dealership to have them check the alignment; and they concur the front end is out of alignment (exhibit B). I took the Jeep back to Dayton Andrews. First, I spoke with Brandon the service manager he asked if he could pull the Jeep in and re-check the alignment. When he came inside he said he wasnt getting a good reading, and asked me if he could put it on another machine because the first machine doesnt work for my type of Jeep (that machine was the one used to align my Jeep the first time). Brandon came back with the report and said it was in good alignment. He then took no responsibility and offered me no help. I asked for the general manager and he referred me to Charlie Flatley. I went over to the main lobby and spoke with Charlie Flatley and told him about my issue. Charlie stated that an alignment would not cause cupping/feathering. I told Charlie that I researched it on Google and there are hundreds of websites that state it does cause cupping/feathering. Charlie said he doesnt work for Google that hes been employed by Chrysler for 45 years. I asked if its not the alignment then it must be a power-train issue and that would be covered under warranty what can they do to try and fix the problem. Charlie stated theyre not doing anything about it that theres nothing wrong my Jeep. He said that it is a lack of rotation. I asked why then when I brought the Jeep in less than a month ago for service no one suggested rotating the tires? He said because tires are rotated on a 6000 mile interval. I asked: Then why couldnt they tell by the tread of my tires that they needed to be rotated? Thats when Charlie said the report says your tread was fine when you brought it in (exhibit C). MY POINT EXACTLY. I was treated with absolute disrespect. I stated I would be speaking to the CEO about this matter and Charlie said NO you wont and that is the only thing he was right about... I am still waiting for the CEO to return my call. I have however started a complaint with Chrysler regarding this matter. I have 2 other dealerships that did alignment reports and both show the Jeep is NOT aligned!
