My mother posted her review so its time for my piece of cake. A couple weeks ago my brother bought his car from the dealership, and so far everything seems fine with his car. The car I bought was a 2002 oldsmobile aurora. There were multiple apparent problems that I thought were quite trivial with the car; for example, the fuel censor was not reading correctly, steering making noise, and breaks a bit flat. However, we took the car in to a mechanic for an inspection. We received a 3 page report of internal technological problems that needed to be fixed. The mechanic assured us that the car was not safe to be on the road due to fiber tears on the rear tire above other things. He also made explicit the piece of junk I was riding-this is no hyperbole. He emphasized that any further repairs would be an utter waste of money. I knew something was fishy going into this. I always remember the movie Matilda whos father was a corrupt salesmen. Im not in the business of pointing fingers, per se. Of course we made a contract so I knew this was an unfortunate loss. There seems to be a lack of moral integrity these days. People choose to live a life of mendacity for the sake of their love for money. It is another case where the bourgeoisie gets the best of the proletariat. Next I wont be so hasty. Edit: Lol, my mother returned the car and they refused to refund our money-we did sign a contract. A day or two later we got the car towed back to our house and to my dismay, the car doesnt even start. Its obvious that between this gap in time the car has been tampered with. These people-not any particular person, but the business as a unit-are money hungry, mendacious crooks. Thats enough sentiment for me. Think about who you are dealing with. We do not deny personal responsibility in this situation. are money hungry,

BUYER BEWARE, THOSE WORDS HAVE NEVER RANG SO TRUE. IN GOOD FAITH I CHOSE THIS SCAM ROBBER THIEF SCUMBAG OF A COMPANY. I KNEW I WASNT GOING TO GET AN IDEAL CAR. BUT MY 16 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER NEEDED A CAR ASAP. I EXPLAINED OUR PREDICAMENT. I LET "JOE" KNOW THAT I WAS USING MY DAUGHTERS SAVINGS TO BUY THIS CAR. WE DROVE THE CAR DOWN A STREET AND BACK. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS OR ANY ENGINE LIGHT ON. IT WAS GOING TO NEED SOME ODDS AND ENDS DONE TO IT AND I WAS WILLING TO PUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE WORKED ON FIRST TO GET MY DAUGHTER BACK ON THE ROAD. I DROVE AWAY FROM THERE PLACE OF ILL REPUTE HEADING BACK HOME. FIFTEEN MILES LATER WHEN I EXITED ONTO 275 SOUTH . THE CAR COULD NOT REACH 60 MPH AND THE RPMS WERE AT 7. SO I PULL OVER ON 275, AND TRIED TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. IM NO MECHANIC BUT I THOUGHT WHAT WAS HAPPENING WAS DUE TO THE AIR INTAKE TUBE THAT WAS "DUCT TAPED" . SO I STARTED THE CAR AND STARTED TO GET BACK ON 275 SOUTH WHEN THE CAR COULD NOT REACH 40 MPH AND THE RPMS AT 7. SO I DECIDED NOT TO EVEN ATTEMPT TO DRIVE IT .I CALLED THAT HELLS DEN PORTRAYING ITSELF AS A CAR DEALERSHIP AND EXPLAINED MY PREDICAMENT AN ALL THE LADY COULD SAY WAS WE ARE SORRY. I AM SO SORRY SIR BUT ONCE THE CAR LEAVES THE LOT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, I ASK TO TALK TO "JOE" AND THE OWNER, NEITHER CALLED ME BACK. SO HERE AM IN THE MIDDLE MEDIAN ON 275 SOUTH WITH MY THUMBS UP MY *** AND NO HELP FROM THE SO CALLED DEALERSHIP EVEN THOUGH I LEFT THERE LOT "DEN OF SHYSTERS" 12 MINUTES PRIOR, NO CALL BACK FOR ME. SO, IF YOU ARE READING THIS TAKE HEED. THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS IS SCUM, VILE , DISGUSTING PEOPLE WHO CALL THEMSELVES HUMAN BEINGS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

My son bought a Dodge Neon there and has had nothing but problems with it. Thats okay, thats part of buying a used car, its expected. The problem is when you return to the lot expecting that they will help you or provide a minimal amount of customer service, they dont. They tell you flat out that they have no responsibility to fix anything once you drive it off the lot, and thats a promise that they keep. They prey on people who have no other recourse, people like my son who just needed a reliable car to get back and forth to his 2 jobs, but had no credit. After a few days the car was leaking oil because there was no oil cap, which you would think would be part of their "inspection" when they decided to put the car on the lot. The answer was "go out to an auto parts store and buy a cap". His battery died this morning, he goes out, buys a battery, the light stays on, so he takes it to an independent shop. They tell him that there was are no serpentine belts installed!!! Took it back to lot, same answer "go out to an auto parts store and buy a belt". I seriously doubt that they even look at these cars before they put them on the lot for sale. One day somebody will buy a car which has a serious problem and they will end up in a serious accident. Why not take a "little", just a little bit of responsibility for what you sell? Why be rude to your customers? Is this how you get return business? Not in my book. One thing is for sure, its a good way to go out of business, and that may not be a bad thing at all.

I LOVE MY 2008 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER LT!!!!! I purchased my vehicle last year and I have had zero problems with it. I am a widow and was leery of "Used Car Lots," until I came to Pinellas Auto Brokers on 66th avenue Pinellas Park, Florida. The car salesman and the sales manager took their time and found a very reliable vehicle for me. I explained to them that my husband always took care of vehicle purchases and that this was my first time purchasing on my own. I like the way Pinellas Auto Brokers take the time to help you find the vehicle that suits your lifestyle. I paid 10,000.00 for my vehicle and it is worth every penny and then some. I have travelled to and from West Palm Beach, Orlando and school and only had to have regular oil change and tune up. My mechanic fixes many of the Clearwater Police Officers personal vehicles and told me that I have a gem of a car. At 50 years of age I do not have to worry about breaking down. I will definitely purchase another vehicle here. If you like the small town feel of a car dealership, this is the place for you! Thank you Pinellas Auto Brokers and Veronica in the office is a wonderful lady.

Cracked windshields, flat tires, wire clothing hangers and duct tape seem to be the norm at Pinellas Auto Brokers! Oh and I forgot the mulch! It looks more like a pick your part salvage yard! I will admit that they clean the cars very well to stage in photos, but why even shine up flat tires with gaping dry rot cracks and punctures! Look closely enough at the pictures and you will see the stereos are usually missing... Also youll notice the mileage posted in ads is "N/A", umm I think the odometers should work on at least a few vehicles... I swear some of the cars there were involved in a few sharknadoes, because the drivers seats looked to be bitten in half with springs exposed and stuffing all over the place... I really hope life has treated people fair enough, that they will never have to find themselves on this ruin of a car lot... Just call Uber, ride the bus, or carpool so you can save enough money to shop elsewhere... Friends shouldnt let friends go to Pinellas Auto Brokers, unless you are curious about the existence of sharknadoes!
