READ THE FINE PRINT AND RUN!!! I BOUGHT A 2007 CADILLAC SRX. I PUT $2000.00 CASH DOWN. MY PAYMENTS WERE $245.00 PER MONTH - THE VERY FIRST NIGHT I HAD THE CAR MULTIPLE WARNING LIGHTS CAME ON. THIS WAS ON A FRIDAY. ON MONDAY I CALLED VINNY AND HE SAID BRING IT IN. AFTER 4 TIMES AND THEY HAD THE CAR ALL DAY EACH TIME THE PROBLEM WOULD NOT GO AWAY. VINNY SAID AFTER THE LAST TIME I BROUGHT THE CAR IN WHEN THE WARNING LIGHTS COME ON JUST PUSH THE BUTTON AND IT WILL GO OFF?????? THEIR CARS ARE EDGY AND THEY REFUSED TO PRODUCE A CARFAX OR SIMILAR OF ANY KIND. MIKE THE OWNER HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS SAYS I NEVER BUY ANY CAR THATS BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT?? IF SO THEN WHY NOT SHOW YOUR CUSTOMERS THE HISTORY???? I WALKED OUT OF MY OFFICE LAST WEEK TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL FOR MY HEART. THE CAR WAS GONE! AFTER CALLING THE POLICE I CALLED C & C CARS AND VINNY ANSWERED I ASKED HIM DID YOU GUYS REPOSSESS MY CAR, HE SAID HOLD ON. MIKE GETS ON THE PHONE AND SAYS OH YEA I HAVE THE CAR RIGHT HERE. I WAS ONE DAY LATE - YES 1 DAY LATE ON MY $245.00 CAR PAYMENT. I SAID ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I ASKED HIM POLITELY AND ON A BENDED KNEE 10 TIMES AND TELLING HIM I CAN BE THERE LATER TODAY WITH MY PAYMENT, LATE FEES AND THE COST OF THE TOWING. MIKE SAID YOU CAN BRING ME $8000.00 IN CASH ( I MAY BE OFF A FEW DOLLARS ON THE PAY OFF ) TO PAY OFF THE CAR AND ITS YOURS. HE THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!! SURE ENOUGH AFTER I CALLED THE DMV AND OTHER AGENCIES THESE CAR LOTS LIKE THESE "PREY ON PEOPLE TO BE LATE" SO THEY CAN RE SELL THE CAR. ITS IN THEIR FINE PRINT SO THEY ARE COVERED BUSINESS WISE. MIKE THE OWNER MAY HAVE A LOT OF MONEY IN THE BANK - BUT MIKE IS MORALLY BANKRUPT!!! THEY TOOK MY CAR AND ITS OUT FRONT FOR SALE AGAIN

I thought that I was deal an outstanding business with a great representation but you find out about business just you would with a person. Ive had the most disappointing experience with this dealership. I referred six different friends to this lot to only be treated like a looser when things went bad for me. I have friends now telling me that wish I asked them for help instead of going to this lot. Demanding that I return my truck after I missed one month of payment because I lost my job. Im not the prototypical customer of theres but was treated like it. Idol threats of repression of my truck which I advised they could indead take at any point. Vinny I thought was the owner but now to know is just a servant from NYC. I will never deal with this business again whether I pay for my truck or not. Vinny had the gall to say I could come back and get it when I was able to pay. I advised that if didnt think that much of me he could keep it. Its not when you at your best that you need help it when life throws you a curve ball that you look for a business like a friend to help you out. I give them one star for being ASS Holes

Vinny has excellent customer service skills. however the owner Mike has horrible customer service skills.I asked to speak with him in reference to my starter. he raised his voice at me and told me it was as is. He has no time to speak with me.the Ford Freestyle broke down on a trip to Orlando we paid close to $300 to get it towed back. the car was still covered under the Lemon Law. so they were kind enough to give me a temporary car until it was fixed. however it was not fixed properly. this is after I traded it in on my 2005 GMC. I would not suggest this company to anyone!! . However the owner Mike has horrible customer service skills. I looked at some of the reviews and cant help but laugh....I got my van from them about 9mon ago...we went to see Vinny after losing 3500 on POS and only had 1k to work with... We fell in Love with this Kia van that had great mileage and needless to say Vinny made it work with the little bit that we had to put down.... yes we had a problem with the A/C a few months later but as you are told from the get-go it is "AS IS" that is most if not any dealership... but they do give you great prices to get it fixed at there shop...they even let me make payments on the work that was done...I was late one time due to the way pay day fell so I called talked to Vinny and told him I needed a few days he was very understanding and had no problem waiting a few days.....I would recommend anyone on get a vehicle from them...We areplanning my getting a car after we are done paying on are van...

This is a horrible dealership period!!! The vehicle I purchased from these people was very nice from appearance and test drive nothing wrong. Salesman told me the vehicle 2 owner car and is a strong running car nothing wrong what so ever. I was recommended by a close friend that is friends with the owner thinking I could trust them and they would be honest about my first vehicle. So I believed them (bad on my end) after I purchased the car I just got the car fax on the car so just to know more about its history. Start looking I see that there are 4 accident, frame and structural damage, odometer had been tempered with, new title was made for the car,and there were 5 previous owner they are a scam and liars last time I will ever go to a buy here pay here again dont trust them even when they say clean car fax do your research.

I have bought 3 cars in the past 7 years and cant say enough good things about C&C cars. My experience with them has always been awesome. Vinny is a salesman that stands behind the cars he sells. My first 2 cars ran great and only needed minimal maintenance until I sold them. I just purchased another car about 3 months ago and just had a small problem pop up. I called the office and they sent a tow truck to my house picked up my car and had it fixed the next day. C&C auto repair did an awesome job and my car is running great. I have and will always recommend C&C to all my friends. And also my brother, son, and daughter have bought cars from them and have been very happy with the cars they purchased. Thank you Vinny and everyone down at C&C for being awesome.

A complete waste of $2000... I put down $1500 for an employee of mine on a Jeep to use for business travel... The first jeep they gave us, a 2003 liberty, had a TON of issues... Brought it back 2 days later demanding a new vehicle. They give us another Jeep... And it has even more issues than the first!! Cracked Radiator, broken air conditioning, rough idle, bad brakes, and more... Just a few days after getting the 2nd messed up Jeep they required a car payment so I paid it... putting my total investment at close to $2000. I had them pick the 2nd Jeep up due to all the issues and now I have lost $2,000 for nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the State Attorneys office.
