******SCAM ALERT******* We recently purchased a vehicle from this company. Within two days the service engine light was on, and the car was leaking oil all over the place. I took it to a mechanic and he said there were numerous issues that had "band-aid" fixes. I contacted the sales person and they immediately knew what was going on and told me to, in not as nice of words, "go kick rocks". His response was very quick and concise, as though he had said these few lines dozens of times. I asked if they would even let me turn the car in and choose another, but the same answer "Its not our problem, you bought the car as-is, all sales are final". These people are scum, and obviously make a living by preying on those of us who have limited choices due to monetary constraints. I urge anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle from these low lives to at least first take it to a mechanic and have it checked.

I would recommend ride and drive to anyone who wants to deal with great people. When my car was in a accident and it was deemed a total loss . Dale and Suzanne worked with me on retaining my vehicle and getting it fixed. They actually cared that I have children and a job that require a vehicle. They did everything in their power to ensure my family would still have a vehicle. I give them a 10 out of 10 for their customer service. If anyone is in need of a buy here pay here car dealership this would be my first recommendation. Not only do they have great customer service, but they also have good pricing and work with the customer!

After being turned down at EVERY other buy here pay here I turned to Ride and Drive as a last resort. I was pleasantly surprised with the courteous service I got. Brian, the owner, is a no bullshit kind of guy. He worked with me and got me in a car THAT DAY with the payments i could afford none the less. Less than 2 hours I was driving off the lot. My car is absolutely PERFECT. Inside is spotless, engine is incredible. This car was taken care of. I would recommend Ride and Drive to ANYONE looking for a car who is not easily approved anywhere else. Tell them Amanda O sent you!

I moved down from Alaska two weeks ago, walked in with cash, found a car in my budget (actually they knocked a few hundred off of it to get it to my budget). Nobody tried to "blow smoke up my a$$", or told me any lies. Im happy with the car, and Im happy with the experience. Got my tags today. If youre looking for the "perfect car", then go buy a NEW car, as far as used go, Id recommend these guys.

I took a while trying to find the right car at the right price for me. Suzanne was patient and very friendly. Even though the car I bought was "as is - no warranty" they took care of the minor issue I had with a battery as well as a major issue with the engine. Very honest and fair business! I recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle!!

Do not buy from these crooks.like a idiot I paid over 12000. For a10 charger, thinking I was getting a good car,WRONG nothing but trouble, had to have engine rebuilt and ignition replaced.my wife went there to complain,they told her to leave. They got are money,they didnt care.had car for only 3 months. They are nothing but con artists.

Great place to buy lemons. Terrible mechanics. Nice when they are getting you in a car, rude after your in it. Will not let you pay your car off early without paying full term cost with interest. Cars (lemons) are sold at full bluebook value and they rob you with the interest. There are much better dealerships in the area.

If you havent noticed they only respond to good reviews they dont comment anything on the bad ones or improve their issues . Terrible customer service skills . Bought a car from them & theres been multiple things wrong with it , they "fix" it & it happens again . I dont recommend these people to anyone !

Passed by Ride and Drive today, I walked around checking cars out found alot that I liked and I wasnt attacked by the usual sales guys right away like every other place Ive been. I ended up buying a nice car for my kid and Ill definitely be back during tax season.
