I had a pretty schizophrenic experience with this dealership. I got a pretty good price on a 2004 Volvo. Within a couple days of bringing it home, I discovered it needed a new turbocharger. This could have been a 2500-3000 dollar repair had I not been able to do the repair myself. I was also lucky to still have use of my old car. I was told that my title would arrive in the mail after a couple weeks after purchase. I left to go out of town around the two and a half week mark and it still wasnt in the mail when I got home. So, with two days left on my temporary tag, I called and after an abrupt phone conversation, received the title in two days. I dont know why that couldnt have happened in the first place, but I guess kudos to them for quickly responding after being prodded. Factoring in the price of a 900 dollar turbo, I still feel like I got a good deal, but if I had to take it to a garage, this would have been a complete rip off. I give it three stars instead of two because I freaking love the car so much.

While looking for a car for my wife and 2 year old daughter going into these winter months, we have been looking at reviews of many car lots. This company, Alpha Auto Groups reviews caught me as a caring company that valued their customers. Upon reading these reviews, I looked at my wife and said, "Lets go there this weekend and get us a car." Only to see ALL 3 of the previous reviews were posted on the same day! How coincidental. Sounds like "John" has a lot of time on his hands.

Ive been trying to get ahold of the place for 3 days and have got nothing in return. They have a car iam very interested in and Id like to know if its still available because I live an hour and a half away and dont want to drive that far for nothing but I cant get ahold of anyone there!

This car lot just took 3,000 dollars from me!!! All the cars have liens. Mine was just repossessed. Even though I paid in full. The lot is closed and wont answer the phone!! This man is a thief
