The service from the salesman I had was great. However, the OVERALL service was AWFUL! Just because I am a woman does NOT mean I will fall for your little scandals. I should have known something was fishy in the beginning. I originally went to stewart to look at Hondas. The vehicles I looked at were in HORRIBLE condition. I honestly couldnt believe they accepted the vehicles in the condition they were in to even sit on their lot. I was even more shocked at how much they were asking for these vehicles. I went to look at SUVS because my veh was totaled out when I hit a deer on the freeway. In the beginning we thought Stewarts would have been promising. The salesman was working hard with us(even though I knew he only cared more about the sale than helping me.)to get me into a vehicle I liked. However, all the veh they had I didnt like and the one I wanted was in AWFUL condition. I told them how much money I had to put down on a vehicle. They told me they were definitely able to work with me. They showed me car after car and I was like Im not interested in anything BLACK or anything DAMAGED. The manager was finally able to remember a car that they had sitting in the back. It was a KIA, it was in good condition, interior was stained but was in fairly good condition. I liked it, it rode like my old car and it was just over all a good feeling. I signed the papers and was so excited that I had purchased my first car! However I was not able to drive it home until the banks were able to approve the amount of money that I wanted to put down. That is when Stewarts Auto Group was telling me that they would take my car as "as in" condition and give me a grand for it. I was pretty excited. They said once I was able to get the title into my name, that I would be able to get the grand for that vehicle and have it put down towards the vehicle I was purchasing. They said that they would put that on a hold for me, that they had a bank on board willing to work with the money I had..or so I thought it was the money I had told them that I was able to work with. Turns out they had lied to me, and actually had put down that I had 1500 down on the car and I didnt. It took them a week to tell me whether or not the vehicle was mine or not. Thought that it took way to long for them to tell me YAY or NAY. When I got the call, they told me the vehicle was mine, but they had a few questions for me. I was like okay, shoot away. They asked me about the title. I had told them a million times before this, I have NO idea when I am getting the title for my current vehicle. I have no control of when it will be handled and how it will be handled. Then they had asked me, if there was any way I could get the 1000 dollars, since I got approved WITH the vehicle that they were buying from me. I told them NO! That the money I had was the money I had. I told them I would figure it out. Never called them back. They then got a hold of my boyfriend and told him that we did get approved for the vehicle but we would have to sign NEW PAPERWORK!? I am sorry, but I am not signing a new deal that could screw me over!!! UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!

I walked into The Pataskala dealership with my brother today as I did almost a year ago, and we met with Reggie The Car Salesman once more. The first time around, my brother was scammed into buying a car for too high of a price with Reggie, so this time around we did our homework. The first time around, Reggie was upset that I had something to say about the first car (even when my brother bought it anyway). He was rude but I brushed it off. Today, he tried to scam my brother the second time around and I chimed in politely about the interest rate. He cut me off, spoke over me and was very condescending and rude. I looked at my brother and said, "Lets go. If this is how they treat their customers, lets go." The "Owner" came over and asked what was wrong and I politely told him what was going on, and he ignored it saying, "Well I was over there and I heard everything and he was not rude." When in fact he was. The owner than asked me to leave simply because I voiced my opinion. The atmosphere there is, "If you dont let me scam you, youre no use to me." The thing is, I pay for my brothers monthly fees so I had every right to make a comment. Reggie and the Owner both were negative and mean towards me. I made my way out and as I walked to the car, the owner got in my face and started arguing with me after I said Im gonna go. The last thing I want to do is be confronted by him while Im getting into my car. He spoke to me with high disrespect while his fellow salesman chimed in. It was a spectacle they caused; one called me a fool, the other an idiot, the owner told me to F*** myself. He then told me to get off his private property. There was a hatred inside him that was almost racist. Had I been someones wife or white, I wouldnt have been chased off the property like I did. I was called every name in the book and not once did I curse or anything. This heated exchange was not only gross misconduct on everyones part there but dereliction of duty. When I said I was exercising my rights to freedom of speech and tried to film what was going on, the owner tried to intimidate me like he was going to hit me. If this is the type of people who run that place, no one should go there. They use scare tactics and intimidation like the CIA to make you buy a car. They were all out of line. If this is how they treat me, how else do they treat everyone else? Plus, the cars are WAY too expensive. I really thought more of this dealership. They tried to intimidate me, push me around and disrespect me thinking I wouldnt react. They should be ashamed of themselves. Im just glad my mother or father wasnt there. They would be disgusted.

If I could write this a zero star I would! I took my sons car into be repaired originally in January for what we understood as a possible fuel pump issue. After their assessment which took several weeks I was told that there was multiple issues with wiring because of rodent damage to different locations around the car. After looking over the damages I was told several more weeks later that the fuel pump and computer needed replaced and 46 wires needed repaired to resolve the issues. I told them to repair the damages and look over the whole car to make sure the vehicle was safe for my son to be able to take his drivers exam. Through this process I had to make 4 trips to their shop and multiple failed attempts by phone to get answers to the progress of the car. Twice i was told that all the items had been completed only to show up and have the car shut off or not be ready as told. During this time I was givin untold amounts of excuses for the delays and failed work which continued to happen each time. I was told 2 of three mechanics quit , the service manager lied (john) by other employees, mechanics were sick, had to go to court! Etc. I had to keep constently asking about status with no reolve over 3 months. This was unacceptable and I made several attempts to speak with the owner and his son. On on attempt, Don the owner , accually hung up on me! I decided to take it to a different shop to get a second opinion on the repairs and what had been done. With in one hour after looking at the car they had determined the issues and explained that the cars wiring had been done incorrectly in multiple areas and some had been disconnected completely. I cannot explain how frustrated that made me. The Stewart auto group owners have still not returned any of my calls since I explained what was discovered. I have even returned to the shop to show them the paperwork and no one wants to help, they just refer me to the owner Don , even his son! I would not recommend this shop ever and would pled with anyone who has had similar issues to report them to the BBB.
