I worked mainly with Tina Smart and was assisted by Ken. Tina was so very helpful in getting into a vehicle that very much filled our requirements. It was as if she read our minds. Even though we got there a little more then an hour before they closed, she was very patient with us. I did not feel pressured at all. Unlike my previous experiences with other auto sales companies! She knew exactly which vehicles to have us test drive. After only two vehicles we knew what we wanted. It was the most relaxing and pleasant car purchase I have ever made! And I am 64 years old ! Ken was very helpful in getting the financing that was the best deal available for us. I will definitely be back in the future for other vehicle purchase. Tina is a a definite asset to your company! THANKS TINA FOR YOUR KIND AND PATIENT ASSISTANCE !!!

I bought a ford explorer from right way about a month ago, first off the warrenty mechanic is awful, took it to get a tire rotation and all the ball joints are bad,rear spring shackels broken its one bump away from breaking and going down the freeway could be fatal, numerous other problems with the front and rear, anyway a real mechanic says its unsafe for operation, 1300 dollars in repairs, I confronted right way about it and they pulled the so called vehical inspection sheet that is supposed to be done before they sell a vehical, the manager says its hard to read, Thats because it was Blank! So they will fix the problems or small claims court is in the near future, they act like its your fault and that is an inconveience that your even bringing this up, well make sure your stay away from rightway Port Huron MI

Tyeler was great from start to finish and did everything in his power to get me into a car not only that was safe and reliable but that I wanted even with my credit being very less then what you would consider good. Even weeks after the sale was complete he continued to check in with me to see how it was going and to make sure the car was still doing well for me. Taking my 5 stars back only to give one because it dont go any lower. I have had my car since May. I had to replace spark plugs, tires,now my radiator is full of rust. Wont even get into the rattling in the front end.I mentioned the engine light on but they chose the "oh well" attitude. Found out fuel vent was unplugged. I will NEVER recommend or buy there again.

Bought a car here from Will and the manager Robert Ware. The experience was amazing...came in at 5pm and left in my new 2016 Jeep Compass by 8pm. I cant say enough how wonderful these guys are!!!! If you need a car and need it fast these guys will jump through hoops to make it happen.

My experience at RightWay was fantastic. I was worried I wouldnt be approved for anything due to student debt and no credit, but Dave Souza put me at ease and found me a vehicle thats perfect for all of my needs and I drove off in it the same day. Definitely would recommend.

The people are rude. This business sucks,! I bought a car there 3 days ago and its been nothing but trouble and had to get it repaired. The owner try to make me look stupid and that I didnt know what I was talking about. Do not do business with Right Way!
