*** Buyer BEWARE *** ** BBB COMPLAINT ** I lost $8,000 dollars in one day at RENEWIT Car Care. While living in Atlanta, I found a beautiful 2005 SLK350 Mercedes on the web. After a number of phone calls and research, I flew to RENEWIT in Seminole to buy the car. The team was so accommodating and friendly, it really put me at ease. The car detailer that took the test drive with me said it was the best company that hed worked at in years. When the taxi dropped me off, I gave it the best inspection I knew. Where I found a problem or question, specifically the navigation, the mechanic looked at it and wasnt sure what the problem was, so the sales manager gave me a book of CDs and told me that would fix it. All throughout the sales process, I was pitched the extended warranty. I had time to decide, but to ease my concern, the salesman assured me several times that the car came with a 3-month engine and drivetrain warranty, so if I didnt want the extended, i was covered. I believed him and drove off, back to Atlanta. When I got home, my wife offering to help me, went into the trunk to get my travel bags and BANG, the trunk lid came crashing down on her head. Apparently, when I was inspecting the trunk on the car lot, the salesman was holding it open, keeping it from crashing down on me. Well, several doctor visits later, shes finally cleared of head trauma issues. Now, by the time I got back to Atlanta, the car wasnt acting correctly. I wasnt sure what it was, so I took it to to a certified Mercedes team to review it. They said it had a code that was an early warning of a catastrophic engine failure and would cost $3,500 to repair. Further, the dual-zone AC unit was broken (which is why it wouldnt adjust). Yes, I asked the RENEWIT mechanic about that, he didnt know. And lastly, the instrument cluster was broken. The grand total for repair was $8,000. Keep in mind, this was diagnosed the day after I bought the car. I called RENEWIT and was offered the warranty again. After calling the warranty company, they said it wasnt a covered item. It was a warranty that sounds good, but does not protect you. I was told by the sales manager that they would swap out the car, just wait for your title to come in. Well, they bungled the out-of-state paperwork, filled it out incorrectly and when the DMV finally processed it, the overcharged fees were refunded to RENEWIT, not me. I guess they felt it was a tip or something. I didnt drive the car anymore. After two months of not driving the car, making car payments, the title came in and I called to make arrangements to return the car. Thats when the shadow owner stepped into the sunlight to inform me that he wouldnt honor the 3-month warranty, wouldnt honor his sales managers agreement to take the car back and suggested that I find somewhere else to trade it in. Too bad I didnt buy the warranty, he said. The sales contract spells out any representation of the salesperson will not be honored UNLESS IT IS WRITTEN. If its not written ON the sales contract specifically, the existing small print is there to protect the dealer and leave no accomodation for the buyer - hence buyer beware. I lost $8,000 dollars in one day at RENEWIT Car Care. Dont buy a car without heavy documentation of the promises their sales team gives you. Demand to document and have evidence of what you are told.

Went and had initial issues with paint job.. literal globs of clearcoat and drips that dried, as well as every corner was uneven with paint either not enough or too much.. just a very bad spray job. I ended up going 3-4 times and after some calls and getting in touch with the general manager finally they took in the car and said theyd take care of the front bumper due to the bad spray that they then clearcoated over.. saying he just didnt know and theyll take care of it all and he is sorry.. Anyways after dropping it off he changes the agreement to me paying materials.. I barely had the money the first time for this paint job and dont have any to pay a second time around for materials now.. so I am stuck with a shotty paintjob and more trips then I would ever imagine itd take to work this out.. I recommend going anywhere else. I called in the end and tried to pay the materials to get it done again hoping itd work out and the owners own words "Oh I dont remember saying Id do that." Truly bad business - stay away! I have a cadillac CTS-V I care about and they obviously did not care about it as the paint jobs quality shows.

I was recently hit by a family member. We reached out to Dave and his team at Renew It Car Care, and he had me bring the car in the next day to have it assessed. One of his servicemen Kenny took a look at the car and came up with prices for both repairing and replacing the bumper. Considering the price difference we opted to go with a full bumper replacement since the car is still less than 3 years old. Daves team had the bumper ordered in just a couple of days, and had it pre-painted so that when I had to drop it off for service, it only took a couple of hours. I will most certainly be bringing my vehicles here in the future for any body work needed. Its also not a bad place to sit and day dream about the sports car you want. (Looking at you 09 Challenger sitting at the front of the lot)

David Cavil and his team are the best thing to really make your auto feel like new again. I have had engine work, body work and reconditioning work inside and out on m7 2004 Acura MDX and my wifes 2002 Mercedes Station Wagon. . They really do look like new cars when they are done!!! The people are courteous, genuine and they only do what is needed. Never any extras that are not needed. Why buy a new car when the paid for cars we are driving feel and look so good. I highly recommend Renewit Car Car if you really want your auto looking and driving like a new vehicle.

I was very very satisfied with the experience I had at Renewit. My car needed some body work done and I mostly dealt with Ken. He gave me what I felt was a very fair quote and his work was superior. You would never know the car had been damaged. The whole staff was friendly and professional, yet down to earth so you felt like you could really talk to them. I took my car in before noon on Tuesday and picked it up before noon on Thursday and it looked like a brand new car as they had cleaned it all up also. Great service and great work - what more can you ask!!!!

Took my 2010 Ford Mustang in for front end damage to my front bumper, and from the moment I Contacted them they were so wonderful and helpful very caring and understanding and willing to help resolve the problem...... They finished the entire job in a timely fashion, and all I can say is amazing !!!!! The car looked absolutely beautiful!!!!!........I would recommend my family and friends to go here without any hesitation ....great Company .....great work . Thank you so much for your time
