Was searching for a used hyundai saw the reviews on this dealership and was matched with salesman Brian. I was trading in a 13 Tundra and was being low balled from get go. I got them to raise the trade in offer and messaged my salesman via his personal cell# on a wednesday. I informed Brian id take the deal for my trade and buy their used vehicle. I was told the 14 Sonata sport for 17500 would be ready for me to sign and drive after i get off work. I come in after a 12 hour shift wait 30 minutes for him on a friday and im told "sorry man the car sold earlier in the day." I wasnt mad because that it sold, but i was texting him through out day keeping him updated on my travel time. Brian did not once mention it was sold.....An 18k Car sale and as a saleman you dont know where that car is? Cmon, Anyways i ended up going to fitzmall and i got 2k more for my truck n bought a brand new 16 Sonata for 19k OTD. About 2 months later my gf was searching for a used hyundai and i found one at this dealership again. Reluctantly i agreed and was dealing with jack over phone but he wasnt there when we walked into dealership so brian snagged us again. We ended up looking and finding a car for more money that my gf wanted. We negotiated at the dealership that day and via texts after we left. Brian and I agreed to a price friday evening and was informed by brian if we provided information for fianancing the car would be "ready to go for us." We provided Tammy her information for the loan process she was very quick to return calls and call back durimg this process. But we attempted to contact her on saturday morning, we left voicemails and we would just send an email back to us. We ended up coming down in saturday afternoon after texting brian and exchanging texts through out that morning keeping him updated about our ETA. We arrived at the dealership and waited 30 minutes because he was dealing with someone else. Brian came over to inform us that the car had sold sometime earlier that day. Meanwhile the dealership pulled credit checks for 4 different banks for the car we thought was "ready to go." Meanwhile this dealeeships rates were 3-4 points higher than the qoute we got through our personal bank like other review said. After informing Brian i wouldnt be giving him a 3rd chance to waste our time Brian became verbally aggressive towards us even with our 1y.o daughter with us. i got into some nice verbal banter due to the disrespect he was showing my family at that point. BRIAN we arent mad you sold vehicle we are MAD you WASTED OUR TIME and didnt have the INTEGRITY to admit the car isnt on the lot anymore.... Not once but TWICE..... Do yourself justice and do some research before purchasing from this dealership especially if you get paired with Brian.

We have purchased three used cars from Eric Sjolund in the last 16 months. Each car purchased was at the best price for the best buy we could find. I wanted a miata and found it at their dealership. I did the deal from Key West by email and phone and it was the easiest and best car purchase I have ever done in the last 35 years. Walked in, gave them our keys and picked up the keys to our new Miata. It was that simple and we got it at the price we wanted with the lowest priced financing that we could find. It was a great deal. We had to purchase another car for a family member. I went on their web site, found what we wanted and called Eric. Did the deal by email and phone and got another great deal on our Hyundai Accent. The car had to go in for 6 month service recently. They did a great job of getting the car in and out knowing that our family member had to travel 2 hours to get there. Just went up last week to purchase a fully loaded 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Beautiful car. Eric came through for us again. We will always buy our cars from him and refer any and all friends and family to do the same. Thank you Eric and New Port Richey Hyundai for doing a great job and giving us great cars. You will hear from us again when we need another car or want to do a trade in.

I did my research and this dealership had 5xs more certified used Hyundais than any other dealership in a 100 mile radius. Also their prices were about $1000 lower than all other dealerships. I drove from Tampa to buy a car here for this reason. My salesman, Mr. Statts, was great. He didnt make me feel like I was being ripped off. There was no debating. He got to the price I wanted and gave me a fair price for my trade in the first time which was so refreshing. He explained the warranty in detail and what benefits I would be getting from buying a certified used car. I didnt leave confused or with the burden of reading a 100 pg manual. We then went to the finance department and worked with Mr. Benson. He was great. He negotiated a lower price for an expanded warranty to get me a lower interest rate which is something I didnt even ask for. It was much appreciated and surprising because in my past experience the finance guy has no interest in getting the most out of my money (they arent getting that dealer fee after all). The process was so painless and I highly recommend this dealership.

I went here after being refered by a friend. My salesman was Brian. I told him my circumstances and what i was looking for and he immdiatly showed me the 2012 hyundai sonata se 2.0T. Took it for a test drive and loved it. He was not extremley pushy nor did he try to push me into anything other than what i was looking for like most salesman do. He was by far the best salesman i have prolly ever dealt with! I was 100% satisfied with my experience and he went above and beyond my expectations! As my first time buying a vehicle from a large dealership he made this process very simple and was very thourall at explaining everything and getting me the best deal and all the warrenty options available. I highly reccomend going here for your purchase and if possible go see Brian you will not be disappointed. I will be making more purchases in the future here and recommending many people to this dealership and my salesman!

It seems that time and time again after going here that it takes well over an hour to get in and out for a simple oil change, I will not be taking my car here anymore after the snide remarks of the Service Manager when asking when my car would be done, he said "Its going for a wash, it will be about 25 minutes" and I said "25 minutes for a wash?" he replied with "They wash by hand, they do a good job" and he continued to eat his lunch as I waited. Not to mention after getting the other car done here there were oil hand prints all over my hood, oil all over the engine FYI - We were the first appointment there. Gave this place another shot today 2 years later and to no avail Ive been waiting 2 hours being the second appointment of the day for an oil change, not sure if they purposely do things slow so that you want to buy the "Express" gimmick they have going on but the wait times are absolutely horrible.
