I recently purchased a vehicle from East Coast Truck & Car. The salesman (Sammy) & owner (Michael) both provided very friendly and courteous costumer service when I visited the dealership. They went above and beyond in assisting me to purchase a 2012 VW Passat at a very fair and affordable price. They had the vehicle checked out by a certified mechanic prior to sale to me as part of their service. The vehicle was very clean and detailed like new. I live in Orlando, Florida, about a two hour drive from dealership. I must admit, my experience with East Coast car lot was worth the drive. I personally would recommend them to anyone looking for a excellent & fair priced used car to purchase. Thank you Mike & Sammy, you have made me one very happy owner of a 2012 VW Passat. I highly recommend this dealer... Let me say a few things about the experience. I came across this dealer as I was assisting a relative, who just moved to Florida, find a good used car. Mike had a Camry in his inventory and was forthcoming with the sale transaction and the condition of the car. Mike also facilitated the finance terms and was able to work with my relative on a finance term that would fit their budget. The car had an excellent CarFax record and to this date the car is working exceptionally well. Kudos to Mike and his staff. If you are looking for a reputable used car dealer, this one is it !!! I was looking to buy a used car for my son while in school at FSU. We shopped multiple dealers and our last stop was at east lake with Mike. I wish it had been our first! Not only did he have the car my son was looking for but it was clean and drove perfect, the listed price was fair and a better deal than the other dealers in the area! I would be remiss if I did not mention that after we purchased the car, a problem came up and I called Mike who went out of his way to make sure the car was repaired and to my satisfaction! Mr. Mike is great! I had been shopping around for a while for a Lexus IS 250 for a while, but it seemed a bit out of my price range. Mike worked with me and helped me purchase the car within my price range. He was honest and very respectful! I couldnt be happier with the car and the service. As a result of my amazing experience with Mike, I returned and purchased my second car from here. Once again everything was smooth and worked out perfectly. I called this dealership just now and spoke with a gentleman who didnt even tell me his name. Now, Ive always negotiated pricing on vehicles before every purchase as Im usually willing to drive a good distance to the dealers with the best price. The gentleman I spoke with was clearly disinterested in speaking with me. When I asked about the price being negotiable he flat out said that he can ask but the answer will most likely be no and that they just lowered the price and so on (the same line every sales guy who is only worried about commission will give you). So basically, I wouldnt recommend calling this dealership, nonetheless purchasing from them.

Couldnt have had a better experience buying my 2010 Passat from Mike! We communicated by text message prior to my arrival at the lot, and when we met in person he was friendly and laid back. He gave me plenty of space to check out the car, and during the test drive we just bantered like old friends. The car was a little out of my desired price range (because it was newer and MUCH nicer than all of the other Passats I had seen) but I knew it was the right car for me and Mikes pricing was more than fair. The purchase was smooth and stress-free, and Id recommend Mike to anyone looking for a nice, clean car at a fair price!

I just bought the best truck ever!! Excellent condition and great mileage ,it is a 2004 Pathfinder. If your going to look at trucks and cars, most definitely go see Mr. Mike in Holiday, He also sold my other truck on his lot and I didnt have to try and sell it myself and deal with the hassle and time . Buyer beware Worst experience buying a car Ive ever had. The car Ive had for less than 4 months has already had to have over $700 worth of work, all because the people he had working on the cars took short cuts and used improper parts. Most recently I had to have the sparkplugs and coil changed out because they werent even the right ones for my car. If you do choose to use him make sure you take it to a certified mechanic before signing anything. Definitely a swindler.. and the issues just keep continuing he also called and removed my warranty I can only assume due to this review

We were searching for a gently used Toyota Sienna and found ELT&C through TrueCar. Mike had priced the van below KBB quotes. After taking a test drive, I had a local mechanic check it out. He said that all it really needed was new tires and he recommended a transmission flush. I expected to put a new set of tires on a used vehicle. We are very pleased with the van and the great no haggle, no hassle buying experience with Mike. The next time I am in the market for a car, I will definitely contact Mike!
