This place is absolutely ridiculous, how you cab sell a vehicle that sits broke down more than you drive it after only 3 days the rotors in back are warped the brakes are rubbing, it started running ruff (spitting and sputtering) and throwing code after code, starter and solenoid burnt out. after all this and lots of unnecessary money spent in just a few days after getting the truck.. Called numerous times left messages with no return call back. Then when they did call want to ask when u was getting my tag and how i liked my truck. I explained to them all the money i put in it. He said he would talk to the owner and call me back and i didnt hear from until i called about getting my tag and registration. I am still spending countless hours under the hood of this truck and more unnecessary money to try and get it running. They seem not to care about it. Then wanted to charge more money when i went to pick up the tag and registration.. Absolutely crooked placed to be doctoring up a car to sell and then not handle the issues the proper way as a professional company would. Then when we went to get the tag there was a older gentleman in the chair he asked what vehicle it was and i told him he rolled his eyes looked away and had nothing else to say except its they have to pay it. Of course i laughed thinking (how about yall pay me for all the unnecessary money i shouldnt of had to put in this truck to start with) when you tell someone a amount out the door that is exactly what it is, not coming back and saying you owe this much more to get this. Make it right with your customers stop looking at tge dollar signs. Its about making your customer happy sometimes not just your own pocket !!!

Took my little cousin to this car dealership to look at Infiniti G35 advertised at 4480.00 this vehicle has definitely been sitting a while you can feel it in th drive but thats not the issue my issue is that not only did they take off the low profile and alloy wheels that they tried to advertise as a selling point they put those on a different vehicle before we arrived. They Told me the rims were crappy so they put them on a different vehicle and put nicked up rims and the cheapest tires Ive ever seen bald and rotting I was told basically tires are your personal ad on not a necessity I personally find tires to be pretty important especially for an 18 year old purchasing a vehicle.so those rims and tires were put on another vehicle and when I asked to see the rims and tires they were no where to be found this vehicle has alot of small damage a leaky radiator, inside is worn rotors and calipers are rusty pads are probly close to replacement,paint is fading through clear coat on many spots of vehicle,alot of detailed pieces of car are damaged slightly Ive never been to a dealership where they advertise 2 different prices and and try to sell you on the 3rd. I personally do not recommend going here seems very shady especially when the salesman is explaining to you how they jack up the prices during tax time pretty dumb. Update I offerd a more than fare price for the amount of work that it needs.you failed to mention. The reason why you "being a company who cares about the customer" would put not road safe tires on a sports car and try to sell it to young man.

I bought a truck from this car lot they wrecked the truck same day as I got the truck financed. I waited for them to repair they tried to cover up the repair did not finish the repair. i finally picked the truck up on 8/19/2016 drove the truck for 4 days when the truck died on me in the middle of traffic had taken it to tires plus to have it checked got a print out of 1500 and change in repairs so started buying all the sensors and starter serpentine belt hoses all dry rotted and other things that were listed tried calling the car lot multiple times left messages not one return call. after spending 771 dollars in parts to just get the truck running proper i final got a hold of the owner and was told multiple excuses on how they drove the truck and never had a problem with it not caring that the truck was broke down a entire week asked them to reimburse me the 771 for the parts. not worrying about the labor. And was told basically not his problem. this is the type of service you will receive at this lot. I also notified the owner of the brakes on the truck calipers rotors bad on front of truck and rotors and pads bad on rear all the owner said was nothing I can do for you. This is how you can look forward to be treated at this lot I paid 6500 for the truck they cut me a check for 500 to cover tires on the truck because the tires were all dry rotted. Keep In mind i have not even paid my first car payment and have already spent over a thousand to repair a financed vehicle.Beware.

This place is terrible. If I could I would give it zero stars. Purchased a car, after a week it wouldnt crank. Found out the battery was completely dead. So much so that we took it to auto zone and it simply said replace dont charge. Then issues with alternator. They are not willing to address anything, so we had to incur all expenses. Glad our contract fell through with our lender and we took the car back. But now they dont want to return our down payment. It is all about money for them. All of these bad reviews in just the last week or so just goes to show how they are running things over there. Im just glad we are out of our contract and not stuck with one of their cars. How funny the only good review is from someone who works there. Dont do it is all I will say.

I found Mike through offer up. He messaged me right away and gave me all the information i needed. I ended up picking a different car but so far so good!!! I know the car is sold as is but he was even nice enough to hit me up and ask how it was doing and that if I needed ANYTHING feel free to contact him... he told me where every penny was going and what I was paying for. He took the time to go through everything! I dont normally buy used cars but hell after this experience Ill definitely do it again! Mike was AMAZING!!!!!

I had been looking for a car for 3 weeks and everywhere I went the cars were almost falling apart I looked from Hudson to tarpon springs and could not find anything I went to quality auto and the guys were great they helped me find the perfect car for my kids and I. The payments are very affordable I love my car all ready and they didnt try and take advantage of me. If your looking for a car dont waste your time on the other lots like I did call quality auto

Buyer Beware!! Warning!! Warning!! Do not purchase a vehicle from these dishonest thieves. Bought a car from them 2 weeks ago and had to spend an additional $800 to fix the Ac. Had the car two weeks and didnt even put 50 mikes on it when we found out that it had a blown head gasket. Dealer said it was our fault and wont do anything to correct the situation so I want to make sure none else gets scammed by these scumbags.
