I put a down payment on a car that I wanted to purchase. My financing was from out of state and it would takes at least 2 weeks to complete the process. The sales manager kept reassuring me it was not a problem. The car was still being advertised for sale. I received a call that the car had been sold, and he (the sales manager) was off sick for 2 days and that was when the car was sold. I would not trust a word that comes out of their mouths. I thought a down payment meant something

My husband and I just purchased our Town and Country here. We had a great experience. Not your typical high pressure sales people. Which put me at ease from the start. Very straightforward and honest with their approach. Prices are the best I have seen in a long time for such high end quality cars. Cars are not overpriced are right at KBB value.
