This is the worst dealership I could say in the whole entire state of Florida. I bought a car from them with promises to be fixed upon picking it up. The engine light was still on the airbag light was still on and they will tell you its because of the gas . They say that they will exchange the car within 30 days if youre not satisfied. I want to return my vehicle and they tell me they dont have a vehicle to give me and if I pick another vehicle I will have to give them more money. No why would I want to give them more money when they couldnt even give me a decent vehicle the first time around. They are very rude especially the owners son. He is obnoxious and he really needs to get educated . This dealership needs to be shut down stat. Better Business Bureau please get involved these people are scammers and they are taking peoples money and selling them junk. Buyers please go to a legit car sales dealership. I had a great experience with ABC auto in Tampa. Please see the response below this idiot made on Google. He is lying about everything he just said. Coming from a scammer Im not surprised. I wanted to buy new car I wouldnt of gone to you. I wanted to buy a used vehicle thats in good condition that its drivable not something that I would have to pay almost $6000 and always in the shop. If you are so smart and legit why dont you just return our money when were not satisfied so we can go ahead and buy a new car some where else. Why havent you answered all the other comments that people put regarding your auto sales. Obviously Im not the only one thats complaining there is plenty of people on this site has complained about your vehicles being a piece of junk. I didnt switch out the vehicle because the one that I was supposed to switch with was worse than the one you gave me the first time. You want a lot of money for your vehicles and they are not worth half the price that you were selling them for because theyre all pieces of junk. Stop trying to cover up for your scam so somebody else can fall for it. Buyers please be aware look at this man how he writes things back to make himself look good dont believe a word he says because hes a liar. And a professional scammer obviously theyve been doing it for years. FYI he has his mechanic clear the codes so soon as you start driving the car home all the lights come back on again thats an old trick Mr. . Shame on me for doing business with crooks and scammers.

I would prefer not to give them any stars because apart from them being money hungry, their cars are not worth the price that they are selling them for. Dont believe the down payment on the windshield because they base that down payment on what you make. We were interested in a 2011 Ford Fiesta with 70 some thousand miles on it, and our down payment was 1500 dollars, even though the windshield said 899. I guess I just payed it anyway, then the following morning when I drove the car I realized that the radio/cd player/time did not work at all. Apart from that, the rear doors did not open from the inside. I went and complained and they said that they could put me on their mechanic schedule. I was thinking, "I just spent 1500 dollars for a car that the radio does not even work and they want me to wait a week to be put on the schedule with no guarantee that they could even fix it"....I said, "no, can I just swap the cars around for another one". I looked around the whole lot, but to be fair I chose the same model and make of the vehicle, but this one instead of being from 2011 was from 2013. So, Dan told me that in order for me to even consider swapping cars, I would have to pay an additional 500 dollars on top of the 1500 dollars I already had given him for a previous vehicle that did not work. Since, I did not want to lose my down payment I said I would pay the additional 500 dollars. Even though the windshield said 999 down. Go figure! Then I looked over the contract at home and phoned him the following day to say I wanted a full refund because the amount of money that he added was too much. He said, "Well, you were the one that decided to get the newest car in the lot!! What did you expect!!! Now what you can do is leave the car and just lose your down payment (2000.00 dollars)...you wont owe a single dime after that!" Of course! Who in their right mind would just give away money like that. So I guess we are stuck like chalk!!!!!! I do have to admit that the salesperson PJ was very nice. .

WARNING WARNING WARNING! This dealership sells overpriced lemons. I financed a 2006 Nissan Altima with the trade of my car. As soon I as got home from the dealership the car wouldnt start. They towed th car back to tell me that engine blew up. They would not give me my old car back or my money instead they said it would be 1200 dollars to fix the Nissan. While the car is being fixed they gave me a loner car. The ac stopped working right after I got it and the car was will barely start and the windows wont roll down. I have a newborn child and this is Florida so I cannot even transport her cause it is to hot. I warn everyone not to buy from here no matter what they say. They use hurry up buying techniques to make you buy on of there prices of junk and quickly. I am currently building a case against them. I have a lawyer and am collecting testimonies from anyone who was wronged by these guys. The employees even told me they think everyone who comes into their lot is stupid. Justice will be revealed Mr. Gaede.

This auto sales business is a joke. They sold me a car with a "warranty" it had been with them more then I had it in a months time. They seemed to be awful at rigging vehicles to seem as if they work because it never failed 5 minutes after getting it back it was messed up again. Their customer service is also terrible.I was Hung up on more then once by the so called office manager. Neither Mr. Gaede or his son would speak to me on the phone about all of the issues. I have since reported this to every newspaper and television station I know as well as to the better business bureau. It probably wont get me my money back but someone needs to know the truth about them. If you get to read this ill be surprised as I am guessing it will magically disappear so I have put this review on every website rating dealers I could find. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!

We have purchased 2 cars now from Gaede and have had no problems with either vehicle. Dan is a very professional person. Always there to help with any questions we have. Being a mom with two kids a reliable vehicle is very important. They have provided us with two very reliable vehicles. They dont hide any issues with the cars. A carfax came with our vehicles so we knew all the details. Previous owners, vehicle maintenance, any accidents. Also when purchasing our vehicles you dont sit for hours on end like you would in a traditional car dealership. They get all the paper work done. You sign it and drive out in your brand new vehicle. Our salesman PJ has been wonderful to us. I would recommend anyone looking for good reliable used vehicles to go to Gaede. Im not paid or reimbursed for my review. Simply just a very happy customer.
