Mixed feelings have moved to strong dislike. I purchased my Camry at Buckeye Toyota November 2013. To me, one of Buckeye Toyotas selling points was the engine lifetime warranty. Just have it serviced every 5,000 miles they said. Ive been religious in taking it there every 5,000--even when it wasnt convenient at all--specifically to maintain the relationship. Unfortunately, I just received clarity on some issues previously identified that weve had two different ideas of what "servicing" entails. Every 5,000 miles Ive made the appointment, indicating an oil change was needed, each appointment has taken about an hour, my paperwork indicated tire rotation, oil change, inspections as needed etc. I walk out the door each time thinking Im doing the right thing and being a good customer. At 30,000 miles I had the car in, and the "advisor" mentioned the 30,000 check up. Given my driving habits, the vehicle, I didnt see the value in it (at the time). I was given the impression it was optional. I didnt think it was needed. I explained my driving habits. He said ok. I opted not to get the full package done. Issue over, right? Wrong. At 35,000 miles, I made arrangements (dropping off, rides to and from, using another car, etc.) for service. Sam in the service area called in the morning and said the car was not due for an oil change. She said oil changes were needed only every 10,000 miles, and her records indicate this. Given all my appointments asked for oil changes, time in the service bay indicated oil change, receipts indicated oil changes, I was thinking there must be a mix up. I asked her to go ahead and change the oil, just to be sure. Later she graciously called and said the service was done, and she wouldnt charge for the oil change because of the mix up. How nice. At 40,000 miles, drop off, in for service, pick up. Paid for oil change and tire rotation. Drove away thinking everything was on track and fine. Now at 45,000 miles, I had the opportunity to address the question in my service request about the oil change at 5,000 miles (my expectation) or 10,000 miles (Toyota requirement). Eric in the service area contacted me by phone and clarified the issue that in fact it was every 10,000 miles. His service records on the vehicle indicated oil changes at every 10,000 miles. However, the records did not indicate the 35,000 miles oil change. So did I really get it? Uhg! Eric also pointed out that the records indicated I did not accept the full 30,000 maintenance package. As a result the lifetime warranty on the engine--one of the biggest reasons I bought at Buckeye Toyota--was void. WHAT? I expressed my displeasure in no uncertain terms. To Erics credit, he listened to me communicate my disappointment--and the impact on my future relationship with Buckeye Toyota--professionally and with empathy. He shared with me the service manager at the time was no longer there and the service "advisor" that handled my appointment at 30,000 was no longer in that role. Valid and fine, but Im still with a voided warranty. Im so disappointed. I feel Ive been taken in and duped. I feel like Ive been had. I feel like Ive invested two years in a relationship with a dealership--only to get screwed. Thanks Buckeye Toyota. I thought you were different. Good bye.

My husband and I went into Buckeye Toyota looking to trade in his Ford F150 for something more fuel efficient seeing as how he commutes to Columbus everyday. I have to say, that was the best experience I have had at a dealership. We went in and told them what we were looking for and told them we were on a strict budget and after looking at a few options and doing the paperwork we were pleasantly surprised when they came back with the numbers. They had came back with exactly what we had told them we could do as far as a down payment and under what we said our monthly budget was. Overall Brett Conrad and Phil Askew provided us with excellent service and went, what felt like above and beyond, to help us out, everyone there was friendly and helpful and just a great atmosphere. We could not be any happier and we very strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota or any other kind of new or used vehicle.

I brought in my recently purchased (one owner) 2006 Camry for an oil change and a once over, and to establish what I hope to be a long term relationship with the Toyota dealership. I was extremely pleased with the attention I received from Andrew (sales), and the girls at the front desk, as well as Dave in the Service Dept. Your waiting area was both pristine and inviting. The multiple offers to bring me refreshment was above standard. The atmosphere was charged with diligence and purpose, but not pushy. And, somehow you managed to keep things light. You can only pull that off if you are sincere, confident, and know what youre doing. It looked like you all were working smart and having fun. The total experience was a bar raising adventure of pleasant surprises. I will have no problem referring my friends to your establishment. See you later... Sincerely, Dave Kiner

I was considering two cars: the Toyota Prius and the Honda Leaf. Upon arriving to Buckeye Toyota, Cory Brown greeted me and his personality and wit could have sold me the car right off the bat. I explained to him the situation and we went out to the cars and looked at the interiors while he gave me valuable information about the Prius; in laymans terms. We test drove the car and spent quite some time together. He was amazing! NO PRESSURE....which I did not expect. Cory introduced me to Jenny Greenwood, Chris Corn, and Mick; all of whom share a wonderful family type relationship. I wasnt going to buy a car that day but the GENUINE heart felt service was fantastic. I feel like I have a new family now. The whole experience was awesome.....even paying for the car. :) Kudos to all! Thanks, John Neff Jr.

In the last 3 months we have purchased 2 new vehicles from Buckeye Toyota, and this has been the best car buying experience we have ever had. We were treated like we were family, no pressure to purchase, and Tyler Baker is probably one of the best Salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you need a car, and you want it in a certain package or color, he will find it for you and he will work to make sure you have the best deal possible. I will definitely be back to Buckeye when it is time to purchase a new car, particularly if Tyler is still there! Thank you Buckeye Toyota for your outstanding sales team and service department. Took my 2016 Camry in for the 10,000 mile check-up, oil change and 24 point inspection. When I arrived for my appointment, they were running a little behind schedule. I was very sick, so the Service Manager had one of the service guys take me home in my car, took my car back, serviced it and hand washed it, then drove my car back to my house. I was so impressed with Buckeye Toyota that I called them two times to thank them. I bought my car through another Toyota Dealer, but will always deal with Buckeye Toyota from now on. Kudos to the great Service Manager. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car with outstanding Customer Service. Thanks again.
