Beware and call around. I purchased my Chevy in southern Indiana at a Chevy dealership. I now live in Indy and I get my regular maintenance done at the Speedway Chevy. I choose to go to the dealership because I expect them to live up to the Chevy promise, be honest, and give the best pricing; besides eventually I will want another Chevy, but by all means I will NOT purchase from Andy Mohr Speedway Chevy. I have 2 examples of why you should weary when pulling your money out and getting service done here. Example 1: I ordered a head light bulb for one of my front headlights. The total for my headlight came to $25.00. I made an appointment for them to install the headlight. Andy Mohr Speedway Chevy gave me the price of $236.00. I no longer opted to take the car to them. I then asked one of the guys just for confirmation and they said for all 4 headlights to be replaced (remember I already purchased my headlights) it would cost me almost $1000.00. With this being said I changed the headlight myself in ten minutes, by reading the manual and looking at a YouTube video. They said the reason why it was so costly was because it was a difficult head light to put on.... lol.... Please just do it yourself and save $1000.00. Example 2: My air stopped working in my car. I took it to the dealership, again (shame on me). I wanted them to take a look at it. News to me my compressor went out and needed to be replaced....fine. Thats what I thought it was and just needed confirmation. Just for them to look at my car was $100.00. It says that NO where in writing. When I asked about it he said, "I know it isnt in writing but to look at the AC it can be anywhere between $100-$150" (please know this, this was a surprise) They assume that you know, there was NO call to inform me of the charges prior.... but that isnt it! They gave me a price of $1300.00!!! Wait, thats not it the parts were $694 and the labor was $606. I went to pick up my car because I called around and the pricing was NO WHERE near the quote they gave me. Since I paid for them to confirm that my compressor was not working I had to ask for my diagnostic quote, which was later faxed to me with the $694 pricing and the hand written total which came to $1300.00. I went to get my car because I was traveling to southern Indiana for the weekend, and it was not nothing that was real urgent. I got my car fixed in 3 hours at the Chevy dealership that I purchased the car from and it cost me.....$400.00. I have air, I saved 900.00 and I will continue to travel out of the Indianapolis to find honest car people. In addition, I should have never went back after I got an oil change and a week later I had absolutely NO oil in the car...smh. I called them and they told me to put oil in there and after that ran out to bring it back.... I put oil in my car, I have no leak, they did NOT put oil in my car. I was weary about writing a review, because I am a positive, hard working person, but just shop around and maybe take a guy with you when you go. I will continue to enjoy my Chevy Equinox but I will not return to Andy Mohr Speedway Chevy for any of my car needs!

This place is a complete joke!!! Stay away from these people unless you dont mind wasting your time and having numinous amounts of inquiries made on your credit report. When I first contacted them about leasing a Cruze, they told me that it was possible for me to lease a brand new Cruse for around $250 to 275 a month with a $500 dollars down. It was the finance manager that told me this over the phone before I got there. The finance manager then connected me with a salesman. Once I got there and after filling out there credit application, they ran my credit through at least 4 or 5 different banks which dropped my score quite a bit lower than it originallywas before I arrived there. I specifically told them not to make all those inquiries on my credit and they did it anyways not that they cared because it wasnt their credit that they were damaging. My credit score was in the high 600s but now its in the low 600s thanks to these jokesters. So after running my credit through all their lenders, the salesman came back to me with a rediculious ripping off figure. Just before that the finance manager had the ordassity to come up to me and hug me because she knew what they did to my credit report and also she knew that they were going to try and scam me into a much larger price then I was originally quoted. Then that salesman was so rude after I declined that ripping off offer, he walked away from me and left me hanging and started waiting on another customer while I was still just sitting there. How unprofessional was that. Then the finance manager came back and wanted to sell me a pre owned car that I wasnt even remotely interested in. She also told me that I had no other option to even choose another preowned car. They only wanted to unload something on me just so they could make a sell. It was a cheap Nissan Juke that nobody else would want. The rediculious figure that they came up with on a new Chevy Cruze was $1000.00 down and $378.00 per month for 48 months on a 12,000 mile per year lease. Since then Ive learned that they do have 10,000 mile year leases and at a lot cheaper rates. The salesman told me that they dont have 10,000 mile year leases. So that was another thing that they lied about. Overall, I would take a horse and buggy before I would think about buying or leasing a car at this dealership. Or I would just hitchhike before dealing with these people. Trust me if you want truth and honesty, stay away from these people!!!! My next step is to call the BBB.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I live in TN, and have been looking all over the US for a used van for my family. I saw one on their lot, (via their website) that was in my price range (Price as of Oct 20th, 2016 and October 21st, 2016 was 8706.00, and a Stock number of CP1741 at the time of this posting). No notes in Carfax of timing belt replacement, and sales person couldnt prove it either from there inspection process. I tried to negotiate a new price based on that information, but it was not accepted. 24hrs later (or possibly less), the price had been increased to 10,300.00 on their website. Same Stock number and VIN. In this case, Im glad that I wasnt able to purchase this one, but beware of this practice, and do your homework on any car you buy from any dealer(or private sellers). I just happened to have had this experience with this dealer. I left out names, because it doesnt matter who did or said what. Its that it was done at all that makes me most sad. I did document the information(snapshot of before price change, because I still had the page up on my computer, and one after when the page had refreshed on my phone) , if the owner or anyone from the dealership cares. ***I had a must longer explanation, but it exceeded the character limits, so I cut it down to whats above.***
