This is a horrible place to buy a car from. When I first went and looked at a truck, I was told 3 different stories on how the truck was purchased by this dealer. A price was listed on the website but without mentioning that online price, he quoted me $2,000 more than what was listed online. When I showed him the price online, he said that someone supposedly hacked into his website and changed prices slightly. My friend only ended up purchasing the truck because the owner had brought the truck to the Trafalgar lot and the son of the owner was much nicer and up front. HOWEVER, its been about 3 weeks since the truck was purchased and there is something wrong with the transmission already. My friend spoke to the owner and all he said was that my friend shouldve bought the warranty that the owner offered to him. This owner is so rude and a huge liar! He is just trying to rip you off. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE A GLUTON FOR PUNISHMENT!

VERY unprofessional. Regret buying a vehicle here. Walked in to beer cans all over the place and the owners drunk family member calling a lady a B**** after she walked out WHILE we were sitting there buying a truck. Another person expressed interest in the same truck, which is when they started asking for a different downpayment than what we had talked about. The truck ended up have a bad transmission and when we went back to talk about it the owner proceeded to yell and say things like "Why would i want to help you?" We had to replace the entire thing after being told the truck was in good condition. At least handle the situation in a professional manner, since it is a so called BUSINESS. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Drove by this establishment and had a few questions regarding motorcycles. I spoke with Brandon and he was absolutely rude. I told him the price range I was looking for and he stated that I wished I could find a bike in that price range. I told him what I was looking for and he told me that the bike I wanted wasnt a good bike. How are you going to tell me what I want to purchase? He acted like he knew everything about motorcycles, yet he couldnt help me find what I wanted or help send me in the right direction. I definitely do not reccommend waisting your time here.

READ THIS !!!!!! The Owner is ridiculously rude. This guy talks like he is the only car dealer on this planet earth. Whoever is trying to buy a car (You wont find any decent car on his lot !). I would say please dont buy any car at all if this guy is your only option. Thats my personal experience guys I request you please dont even bother give junk dealer a try, HE DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR TIME OR YOUR BUSINESS !

I wish I could give a lower review. Its better to buy a donkey than to buy a car from these guys. Worst car buying experience ever. The owner thinks he owns Ford or something. Who in this world would throw a calculator on your face when arrived at a negotiation. Highly unprofessional. Absolutely no business sense.Youd be wasting your time if you go see this dealership.
