When we first arrived at MidWest, I was a little put off. The neighborhood isnt the greatest, especially for the quality of car that I was looking for and they had advertised. The lot, frankly, looks like something one would expect to find just outside a military base offering buy-here-pay-here financing to E1s at 20% APR. I was extremely interested in the car, though, so I put aside my initial impression, trusted that this is a USAA-verified dealer and the outstanding online reviews, and went in to meet with Ahmad. I was immediately impressed with how fantastically polite he was. He was very up front about the vehicle and any issues. Im a car guy and asked some tough questions. Ones he didnt know the answer to, he openly admitted he didnt know and told me hed find out. There was an electrical problem with the turn signals. When I pointed it out, he said hed have his mechanic (who is offsite) look at it in the morning and get back to me. The next day the problem was fixed. Ive now had the car for two weeks and have seen no issues, not even with the signals. I cant really speak to the negotiation experience because it was a TrueCar valued vehicle, which leaves little room for negotiating. When discussing my trade in, Ahmad was fair, responsive, and--again--almost alarmingly open and honest. Once the vehicle was paid for, Ahmad had one of his employees drive it out to me (2 hours away) and drive my trade-in back so I didnt have to make the drive again. This obviously showcases the level of customer service MidWest seeks to provide, but also the level of confidence they have in their cars--normally you drive the car off the lot and the dealer washes their hands. A willingness to drive 2 hours on their own dime and at their own risk means they believe in the car. I cannot possibly recommend MidWest any higher. Fantastic experience from start to finish.

Please dont buy a car or truck from this car lot. They talk a good game but they fail to back up their words. They are just like the rest of the used cars dealer lie to get you in the car or truck but then once you have a problem with their vehicles the dont honor their own words. I brought a truck from them in October 31, 2016 Ive had nothing but problems with this truck from the 1st week at first they pretended to care but after the problem kept existing they just drop the ball. I finally had to take the truck to another mechanic to get the repairs done correctly. Midwest motors claim that they would pay for the repairs. I mailed them a copy of the invoice for the cost of the repairs and I have yet to hear back from anyone. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMERS THEIR CARS AND TRUCKS MAY LOOK GOOD BUT THEY ARE REALLY JUST DAMAGED GOODS...

HORRIBLE, manager very rude...went and looked at 2010 jeep wrangler unlimited white, drove it, noticed oil leak underneath told them about it and said it would be fixed...2 days later went back to pick up drove again, still oil leak after them saying "their mechanic " Said it wasnt oil it was transmission and it all got fixed they even had paperwork showing something had been fixed..so we checked dip stick and it showed NO oil on dip stick we showed salesman and told him there was still a oil leak after them promising it was fixed and his response was "Ive got some oil U can put in it" DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS JEEP! Manager was just very rude and would not help fix the leak for us to purchase jeep

Flew in from Atlanta GA to make this purchase. Was I glad I found these guys?! The Car was ready for me, clean, full tank of Gas and what else - car was even better than advertised. My salesperson, Mr Jihad gave me a quick demonstration of the controls. I put over 700 miles on the car the same day I bought it and have put close to 2000 miles on it since then. All I have had to do is gas up the car, it has no issues whatsoever. I strongly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a decent used luxury car. I got me a 2008 Audi S6 with a V10 Lamborghini Engine for a fraction of the price. All in all, my experience with these guys is one of the best I have had in car buying.

Midwest Motors is the best used car dealer in Hendricks County. All of their vehicles are high quality. They have BMWs, SUVs economy cars & trucks. It is family owned & their 2 sons work there and all are very friendly with no high pressure. They keep a inventory of 100 vehicles or more to select from and I highly recommend buying your next used vehicle there!
