I went to Approval Auto Credit with my boyfriend, who has an extensive background and knowledge in cars, and we were looking at one certain car. Living just five miles down the road, we had seen this same car sit on the lot for months and months, so we knew the price would go down. We visited the car lot and once the seller came out we started asking questions. He asked if we lived around here and we said yes, just a few minutes away. "How long has this car been on the lot?" we asked..."Ohhh just a couple of weeks!" the seller replies..Strike one. After checking out the front and rear bumpers, my boyfriend could absolutely tell this vehicle had been in an accident by the texture and paint touch ups..."Has this car been an accident?" we ask. "Nope! Not to my knowledge!" says the seller. Strike two. We decided that we can deal with a little exterior faults, thats fine, so we ask to take it on a test drive. "Of course!" the seller says. "My advice is to just take up this road (he points), its nice and curvy and you can test it out." We decided otherwise and take it out on the highway at 60 miles per hour, where we find out it is leaking air, the brakes barely work and the car is missing buttons that control important things like a seat warmer that will never turn off. Had we taken it down his simple road at 20 miles per hour, we would not have known the extent of the damage.Strike three. After all that, we went back to the lot, dropped off the car and and never looked back. These people are scammers and will lie, lie and lie to your face. Luckily my boyfriend and I knew better, but I feel bad for people out there who fall into their trap. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bought a truck...was happy with it till winter hit. DANGEROUS!! It had 4wd but didnt matter. Other than that, I liked the truck alot. So, a couple yrs later went back to trade it for a jeep. I had some papers stuck in the console of the truck. The guys there were supposed to get them out and give them to me. Gosh! What a bunch of crazy nonsense! They act like they couldnt get them out, then I go look at the truck another day and saw that they had gotten them out. I went in and asked where my papers were. They told me, oh...we didnt know somebody got them out. So they said they would call me when they found them. So later on, another day I get a message from Chris saying the owner put them in a shredder. ( Yeah, whatever, thanks alot!) How rude! But b4 all this happened, I traded the truck for a jeep. Well, I was happy at first but immediately the jeep had problems and had to go to be "fixed". Man, Im telling you, this jeep has been constant problem after problem after problem after problem after problem... want me to keep going? Im done with approval auto. Really feel like I was treated very disrespectful over those papers I needed. Plus the piece of CRAP jeep I bought from them.

From day 1 of my experience with this company it was above approach. All of the guys that work there went well above and beyond anything I have ever expected or have experienced. Ive always bought cars from so called big box dealerships and have never gotten the attention that I have received from you guys. Had what was thought to be a rather small problem with the truck that I purchased was told not to worry they would take care of it. Well it turned out to be a rather large problem and still cant believe I was told not to worry it was being taken care of by the dealership! Top notch service to me the customer thank you so much for all you did for us!! My daughter absolutely luvs the truck and more importantly as do I. Thanx again for the fantastic service provided definitely will be back and will definitely refer friends and family to come check you guys out!

Weve purchased two trucks from Approval Auto Credit over the last three years and they have always been courteous, and very flexible. We have two great vehicles that we got for far less than at Skillmans and have had only the typical repair costs that would be associated with buying a used vehicle. Our F350 needed a caliper about four months in and our Ram needed a power steering solenoid. We take very good care of our trucks because we depend on them, and they have been very reliable in return. They move a lot of vehicles there, so a few bad ones are going to slip through. Its a shame the people with bad experiences take so quickly to the internet, while people with good experiences, like ourselves, often dont.

Bought a bmw 7 series have not even been able to drive it over a 150 miles . First the computer went out that controls the transmission . the warranty hardly covered any thing so it was five grand to replace that finally was able to save up the money to get it fixed got the car back around Christmas and with in two days the transmission its self went out and is going to be over ten grand to have a new one replaced and installed all this money pluse the price of the car for a car I got to drive for maybe a hundred miles . Avoid like the plague.

Bought a 2008 Hummer H3 from the good ol boys at auto approval and they said when its cold cars do funny things like the air bag warning light just came on. Well when I looked at the picture of the hummer in the summer the air bag warning light was on? The windshield leaks and when it rains really hard I have a pond on the passenger side floor. You can make a lot of money being dishonest but only for a little while.

They sold me an extended warranty for my truck, come to find out when I needed it 4 months after purchasing the truck that it was not even eligible for the warranty because it was lifted. You would think theyd know more about what theyre selling there. All around lousy customer service too. Dont waste your time here!

Do not buy from here. After buying a truck from this place I put around 1000 miles on it and have to replace the engine . It seems to me as though engine honey and thicker oil was used to cover up the knocking. This place is a joke.

Purchased a vehicle by referral from a friend. Needed $3000 in repairs within a few months. I purchased an acs warranty. Luckily, the warranty covered a lot of it.
