My husband and I went in on Monday June 27 2016 to attempt to get a new car. I has been chatting with Jesshona previously on facebook and was very excited. We got there turned in all the documents required, we were told that the bank was closed so we would have an answer Tuesday. Well Tuesday came around and there were some hiccups and I got everything else that was asked. My husbands boss had to fax a verification of employment (which he did twice). Woke up Wednesday still not hearing anything messaged Jesshona asking for updates around 2pm she told me the documents still went there from my husbands boss, he re faxed them again at 3:13. I called and left a message was told they would call me back waited two hours and called back again. At this point I had both fax reports showing the documents were sent in twice. It now being 7pm on Wednesday I spoke with a gentleman named Anthony he told me he would have an answer by the end of the business day and that they closed at 8pm. I am typing this up at 1:46pm on Thursday June 30th will still no phone call back nothing. Im glad I gave my personal info and just got tossed aside. They day customer service is number one yet here I have been waiting since Monday to find out if I can get a car, mind you this is a second car so I can get my kids to their appointments and drs etc, which I stated the urgency. Update: called and spoke with Anthony (store manager) he seemed apologetic however his words became just that. After letting him know how I felt about his customer service he apologized and told me that he would like to try again. Knowing he is human and makes mistakes I tried one,more time. He told me from now on to only deal with him which was fine with me. I them received a phone call from Jesshona about an hour later telling me that the verification of employment my husbands boss sent wasnt good enough. Mind you this is their form and it was filled out exactly how it needed to be. On the form it states Check one: and there are there boxes 1. Hired in 2. Temporary 3. Seasonal. Then under that is more boxes to check full time or part time. He checked hired in full time with 45 hrs per week. Now this dont good enough so again we had to bother the owner of my husbands company, which he told us not to bother after all we have been through the company needed to get their s*** together it was their form if they wanted more then their form should state that. I even screen shoted the companies web site where it states employees work year round. Which mind you still isnt good enough. This company says customer service is number 1 and that it takes just a moment to get approved yet we have had to jump through so many hoops and still cant even get an answer, and Anthony pushed me back off onto the sales person instead of dealing with me directly like he said to. Oh and to make things better he said he would give me a 36 month/30,000 mile warranty and free oil changes for life. Thanks but that is part of your program to begin with. Dont act like you are doing me any favors by offering me Whats already part of package.

Day 1: What joke! We purchased a car from this dealership in 2013. Paid every dime we owed and paid on time. Not 1 missed payment. We worked very hard to make sure we paid and paid on time. The car we purchased was totalled in an accident. So here I am without a car. We go back a second time with my son in tow. He is now 18 and we thought we might help him build some credit. Mind you this new car would never leave our home because it would be my car. We made the mistake of putting in the application with my sons name first with us as co-signers. That didnt get approved because he doesnt work enough hours, whatever, so we went ahead and applied for the car in our names. My husband and son sat for 5 hours waiting for a decision only to be told the department that made the decisions was gone. Awesome customer service there, ya think? Day 2: We never got a call from them, we had to call them. They probably didnt call us because they had to tell us we were not approved because it was a "straw purchase". We were told that because we were purchasing with our son, we were not approved. Mind you we have 4 years of perfect credit with them. We were only trying to help get our son some credit starting out in life. Go figure. They must have really full bellies to not want more money. Its too bad they dont want to keep their good customers. I will never refer anyone to them again. Seems like such a waste. Funny thing is, we were honest. We didnt try to hide anything. We were only trying to help our son too and got screwed for it.

I walked into Express Auto with uncertain expectations which stemmed from an unsuccessful and depressing experience I recently encountered with a "buy here pay here" dealership. I was hesitant about even taking another shot at it considering how uncomfortable I had become with sharing my poor credit and financial hardships to in return be treated in the manner in which I was. Needless to say I went in with all this negativity and was welcomed by Anthony McNair. He was very sincere and honest in every aspect which immediately made me feel comfortable about allowing Express Auto to earn my business! I am very confident in my purchase, especially knowing that the mission of the dealership is to set you up for future success. Having great people like Anthony to model and promote the mission makes for a happy and loyal customer like myself.

I payed 12 thousand for a car worth maybe 4 because I needed a car or I was going to loose my job now I am having problems paying the 440$ a month for the car and am about to loose my house making me and my family homeless volentairaly reposesed my car and I am getting sued for the remaining balance my own fault but this company preys on the downtrodden think long and hard before you use this company as after 2 years of not missing any payments I owe more then the car is worth if you have made the mistake I hope it goes better for you then it did me and my family

My daughter purchased a vehicle from express auto with full coverage insurance, she was in a wreck, express auto took her car to the body shop, it was obviously totaled, that was two weeks ago, still they havent replaced the vehicle, but their still taking money from her pay check, bad biz, just saying

Service department is incompetent. Brake light was on when we bought car. It is in the contract that it will be fixed. 30day money back guarantee. Caliper froze on rear wheel after 60days. It has been 90days now still nothing. Not even record of daily calls to service department.
