I have been doing business at this dealership for 20+ years. I went back last week to buy a car after Bill Estes took over. This was my first time here since they took ownership. I went in and bought a car. It was labeled as being "Bill Estes Certified" They told me they had changed the oil in it and that everything checked out alright. I noticed a few issues when I got home. I pulled the dipstick on the oil and noticed that it was black. The oil had never been changed. Then I got on my back to look under the car. There was plastic hanging down that was broke. The oil pan was rusted and scrapped to the point that it needed replaced. Also there was pieces near the gas tank that were actually held up by 3 bungee straps. This was unacceptable. I took the vehicle back the next day and approached them with the issues. They then admitted that this car had never been up on a lift and they had never looked at it. They lied right to my face to sell me a bad car and wanted me to pay for half of the work needed to make this car right. They ended up undoing the deal and giving my car back to me. I went to Stoops in Plainfield and ended up with an excellent car that had been through their service department and was everything I needed. Dont go to Bill Estes for anything.

I would not put much faith in the Estes Certified used car program. I purchased a car here that had 2 obvious oil leaks and was in the shop for repairs within a week of purchasing it. The oil leaks were spotted the first night it sat in my garage. These were not new oil leaks either, you could tell it had been leaking for a while. For a vehicle that supposedly just had a 128 point inspection this is unacceptable. Luckily it was under the manufactures warranty. The only reason I am giving 3 stars and not less is because they did facilitated the repairs and gave me a vehicle to drive while repairs were being made.

I was kind of worried because my husband always did the maintenance on our cars, so this was a big deal for me to do it on my own. I made an appointment for my oil change for the first time in my new car. Everyone was very kind and all service was completed in 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and I will be returning for service in the future. They offered water, soda and coffee for all of the customers. Waiting area was new and very comfortable. No one tried to sell me anything over and above what I came in for and I appreciated their honesty. Employees were all very kind.

My van was towed there because it wouldnt starting due to a fuse being blown out. They kept it over night without even informing me that Id be without my only vehicle for 2 days and didnt think to call. The next morning they called and asked if they could go ahead and change battery as if I got my van towed there for it to just sit there! Im not sure what they have been doing all day yesterday or today but its noon and they are still putting a new battery in... Which is not an all day job! I will never go back there again!

Check your Kelly Blue Book trade in value before you go. They offered me $6k less than another dealer, much less that KBB in poor condition and my trade was not poor. it wasnt a fair offer and certainly too low for a starting point to negotiate. So I purchased from Community Chrysler in Martinsville and got that $6k more for my trade. Got a better truck to boot.

Dealership was new so service was quick due to lack of customers. They did good job with repair but didnt like being lied to about what parts were bad just to try to get me to spend an extra $300. If I didnt understand how the part worked then they would have got me to spend it when that part is still working fine a month later.

The Dealership allowed us to drive the car for a couple of days so we can decide to purchase or to pass. Once we decided to make the purchase, our Salesman Matt had our Sales Agreement ready to go. The entire experience took less than an hour. We will definitely buy our next vehicle from here again!

The customer service was excellent. I was kept informed. The waiting room and bathrooms were very clean. They offer free soda, coffee, and water bottles. Work was done fast and they explained possible concerns to me with a time line on how soon I would need to make those repairs.

I called on a Wednesday to see if they still had a car, they did, I told them I wanted to trade mine and I only had a limited time, Jason was able to get me in about within 2 hrs, test drive, underwriters approval , and closing. Good place to get a car, SUV, or crossover.
