Thanks so much to Richard in the copy department at the Office Depot in Pineville, N. Carolina. He saved the day for me at work! I had to have 600 copies of 2 brochures made at the last minute to be shipped out with our company trade show booth. He worked so hard to match our logo colors and get this job done on time. He did it in 2 hours and my shipment was on time, plus the price (25% off coupon) was lower than anywhere else. The entire team in that department was great. Thanks again, Richard!

Went in intending to purchase a laptop. No one approached us after walking around the empty store, but finally Anthony asked if we were "finding everything alright." Didnt even bother getting up from his seat. He was SUCH a terrible salesman. Left & visited a different location to purchase the laptop. Figured the commission should go to someone who actually deserved it.

Bought a present for my grandma for Christmas and they assembled the wrong thing. Went to pick it up and they were rude to me because they had to fix their mistake! Then to top it off, they informed me it wont be ready by Christmas so now I have no present to take to my grandma! Never going back.

Terrible customer service, if you need help make sure you have time to be there for a long while. Long wait even though there were only 2 of us (customers). The old lady takes her time, you are on her watch not the costumers watch! Last time I go to this location!

This location doesnt stay stocked with what I would consider "staples" for the office. I usually just order online.
