Was trying to buy an office desk--big purchase, and as I have set up through my bank, they called to confirm the large purchase with me via a phone call. My phone died during the conversation so I couldnt complete the confirmation to open my card back up for purchases. I asked the cashier if I could borrow a charger (from employee perhaps, its an iPhone so its not uncommon for people to have them laying around), and she went and asked another person, who came back with her and told me they couldnt charge my phone, but that I could buy a charger from them. I explained I cant buy anything because my card is locked down until I confirm with my bank that no fraudulent activity is occurring. Both employees looked at me like I was speaking French, offered no help, and just stared at me with blank expressions until I left without purchasing and yall lost a $400 purchase. Only one guy (the guy who helped load the furniture all the way to the car) was helpful and attentive. The woman, and young guy with beard were morons.

I needed a large picture printed on plain computer paper. One printer printed on plain paper but was poor quality, the other was good quality but had a higher grade paper. I asked the "manager" if it was possible to switch the papers so I could have a better print on lower quality paper (needed cheaper paper for a project I was doing). She told me she could do it but it was a process. My wife and I could not believe what we were hearing. "I can do that but it will take to long so Im not going to." Not wanting to believe what I heard, I asked if she would switch the paper for the print. The manager confirmed what I thought we heard. She explained that she could do it but it would take too long this evening and we close in 15 minutes. My wife and I took our business to Fedex where they did exactly what we needed for $15 less.

I went to this location to have a booklet printed and it was the worst mistake of my life. I dont even know where to begin, they cant even print a simple 12 page colored booklet. My pages were cut off, the color looked like the printer was out of ink and I wasted two days trying to get this printed. No wonder people pay for FedEx...This is not the place to get colored pictured documents printed. The lady tried to help me, but there was nothing she could do to fix the color on the page...It printed out the wrong color and was blurry...I left frustrated and willing to pay almost $100 more at FedEx...

I ordered some items online to be picked up at the store at 11:24am. I didnt see their request to give them an hour to process online orders and arrived at 12:05pm. My order was ready and a very friendly/professional employee brought it out to my car for me. Its hard to find great customer service so I had to take time to give them a good review! Thanks :)

I am a big fan of this Office Depot. Not only is it super convenient to get to, but the employees are very nice and the printing department is excellent!! I had a complicated print job (lots of tiny orders that I submitted online), and they handled it like champs!! Will be using and recommending this Office Depot again. :)

No customer service. No products. Nothing. I walked into this store two days in a row and stood around for 20minutes waiting for help and nobody was available. The store was basically empty. Deserted.

Everytime I go to print or make some copies there is only one person working. This location has to hire more people. She couldnt help me and I had to wait more than 30 min for 10 copies.

This location is a little larger than the one further North on South Blvd. Staff are friendly. Prices dont really compare that well with online merchants.
