Let me tell you about this store. I Purchased a double pack of printer ink.at $40+. The color cartridge worked ~ but the black didnt print. I called HP and got the run around. They couldnt even tell me if it was possible to get a bad cartridge. They offered to sell me a new printer. In desperation I called and talked to Jamie the manager at office Depot. He did a no charge swap out ~ even thought it had been more then 30 days since I purchased it. He said if that doesnt fix it ~ they would give me credit for the cartridges towards a new printer. Well it was a bad cartridge but guess where I am going to purchase my next printer? Customer Service is alive and well at Office Depot.

Cluless employees, never have them repair your computer, they dont know the first thing about computers. The most basic repairs to a real technician are outside their most talented employee. Overpriced office crap, theyre slowly going out of business for a reason, they dont compete with the internet and their pc services are total crap. Dont shop there. Not to mention the head of tech dept is an idiot.

Saw an item online that said it was available in store so I went to get it. I couldnt find the item so I asked an employee for assistance. He said he would go check for me and come back. I waited around for 5 minutes before I saw him helping some other customers. Guess he couldnt find them? So I went home, ordered the item online for in store pickup and it was ready 30 minutes later.

I love this place the staff is kind and helpful. I own Daves Jerky Shop & Marias Key Lime Pie Co. Both in the same shop.. Off 175 S. Nova in Ormond Beach, I buy all my office products, register tape, pribting...you name it.. constantly from Office Depot! They ROCK! Plus they get customer service which is very important to me since I am a business owner.

May be a personal preference but I prefer another store. The help seems to be scarce when you want them and overbearing when you dont. Many times what I am looking for is no longer in the store and I am online searching and buying. For things I know they have that I need right now, they are where I go.

Beside the non- personality of the young ladies, I lost almost lost my lunch when I got my bill total $1.79 x 33 pages $59.07 plus state $4.54 & city $3.37 telecom tax, and not even a thank you and smile. $1.79 per page is total robbery ! Ill use Office Depot again !

Ive always been very happy with the local staff in the Ormond Beach store. I dont like that I cant use my rewards points from off my cell phone in the store, but thats a corporate issue, not a local decision. The local staff are great!

Expensive by far on everything....except getting black and white copies made. If you dont care to waste your money then go ahead and buy those sharpie markers for $6.00 Ill drive two miles up and spend $2.50 for the exact same ones.

and to boot their phones dont work. i was calling all night tonight since i live so close to ask them about a product (which they probably dont have) and phone is busy the whole day. bad store. dont go.

Very friendly, helpful. The print shop has great , very well trained employees. Dakota is the greatest....he can do anything ! Shop there weekly! Can order printed things ahead of time online !
