Ericka was our groomer here for quite a while, we were so sad to have to leave due to a out of state move. I brought my two boys (maltipoo and terrier mix) to her after Turk our maltipoo had a traumatic experience with another groomer, he became very fearful of being brushed or bathed. I brought him to Ericka, she took the extra time, and had the amazing patience to work with him. I was waiting to pick him up after the first groom, and I saw her with him, the way she worked with him was wonderful, constantly working with him, not pushing him too far, and so much love. I knew right then that she was the one to bring our other rescue JD too, he was very nervous to say the least, but she always calmed and reassured him, again working with him, pushing him just a bit,but not making him scared, some days he got the dryer other days not so much, she was wonderful at making them not fearful, and comfortable. Our boys never feared going to the groomers after that. The work she did with them showed at home, during bath time they would no longer shake! I give all the credit to Ericka. Even today I was brushing Turk and he just calmly layed in my lap and let me brush all of him. Those in my opinion are the signs you have a fantastic groomer. I made the decision to trust her with my scared fur children, and it turned out to be a great decision.

The service and selection of stuff is great, but when it comes to buying live fish, go elsewhere. Everytime i buy a few fish from here, they die. bought 4 neons, 2 died. bought 2 goldfish, one died within 2 hours of bought. The feederfish tank is WAY overstocked. Most are dead. If you need live fish, go to PetSmart. so far ive bought 9 fish from there, and theyre all happy in my community tank. Also petsmart has a much better selection for lower price.

Be prepared to be cheated if you havent checked what the corporate online prices are on their products. They do not list or sell an item at its actual price unless youre prepared to prove that its supposed to be as cheap as its posted online price. The even offer free shipping online so I never even have to actually go to the store and it costs them to get me the product.

Recently purchased zebra danios and ottos from this location. Make sure you quarantine all livestock to ensure they are free of disease. Made the purchase 9/1 and now both of my tanks have poor fish passing left and right from columnaris. Its awful. Learn from my mistake and quarantine. At this point it looks like all my fish may pass. Its heartbreaking.

I thought i was going to need to put my baby down because she had lost most of her hair chewing herself and was always in pain , spoke to some of the guys in back and it turns out that this is common , changed her food to a no grain and i swear she acts 10 years younger , god bless Bremerton petco

Staff really friendly and great with my animals! I rely on their walk in grooming services as well as their selection of healthy treats and toys for my pets! I know they building is pretty old, but its so well maintained you cant tell from the customers point of view!

Amazing staff! They were very informative and helpful. An associate helped me pick the perfect terrarium for my daughters new frog and walked me through the set up. I even called once we got home and they helped me over the phone with all my questions.

Its kind of depressing. The lighting, the smell and the under-appreciated employees contribute to a cloying atmosphere that encourages customers to leave instead of staying and shop. Great employees, but an ugly store.

One of my pets favorite places to go. I get my dogs groomed here and love their groomer. Prices can be high but if you go when they have sales you can get more out of your money.
