I went to Campus Bicycles today to buy a new chain for my road bike and explore the idea of getting new tires, pedals, grips ect. They said it would be an hour or so to put on the new chain and that they would text me when it was ready! (Great!) I headed back after about 30 minutes because I wanted to get new pedals, shoes, shorts and tires for riding around town.They didnt know I was in the store and they were dogging every part of my bike while they were fixing it up for me. They were stating that "I was buying an overpriced chain and they could get it for way cheaper." They dogged my pedals, grips and pretty much everything about my bike. (They did however say that it was light, which I guess is good.) :) They finally noticed I was in the store and they got a little red. Upon checkout I jokingly asked if she liked my pedals. She apologized, but did not offer me a discount for their poor customer service. I will no longer do business with them. I will however go to their main competitor Cyclesport as they are only 500 feet away. Great customer service in store. Poor poor poor customer service when they think you are out of the store.

These guys did the build on my Xtracycle for a great price in two days even when I didnt buy any of the components there. The shop trends towards commute and road bikes so its not the best place to get a mountain bike. If you want a great transportation bike make sure you check them out.

Went into this shop looking at carbon road bikes. Was in the store over 10 minutes no one came to ask if I needed help. I will never go back.
