Best bike shop experience Ive ever had! These guys completely saved (and made) my day, and I cant thank them enough. After taking BART over to the East Bay to start a 90-mile ride, I broke a spoke around mile 10 and was worried the whole day might be shot for my friend and me. I saw that 6Fifteen was just around the corner, but I wasnt expecting much because my straight-pull spokes are pretty rare and most bike shops dont carry them. Then it got amazing. Not only did they say they could probably replace the spoke, they let me borrow some (very nice, carbon) demo wheels so I could continue the ride while they worked! We had an incredible ride, then came back to a fixed wheel, for HALF of what other shops would have charged. Last but not least, they gave some very helpful local intel on the best way back to BART. Awesome!!

When you have money to spend here you will receive good professional service. When you call to ask if they lend tools, they say they will sell you tools. If you specify that you want to USE a tool whether it be an allen wrench or screwdriver AND ask if they will charge, they say "We will do it for free." But the minute you show up, the service is given to you with ample negativity, and regardless of your politeness throughout the whole process and your OFFER TO PAY $$$. You will be told "We are not allowed to do this." followed by a "You cant continue to ask for service." then after that is the RUDE and DEGRADING "DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?"

Broke my chain and coasted into the shop. The mechanic in replacing it discovered a couple rear derailleur issues which he quickly corrected, bike shifted (Di2) better than new. On my way in 15 minutes. Wonderful chat with Sue was a bonus. Love this shop.

I like their service. Had to have handlebar and tape replaced, did a very nice and clean job. Only thing is it took an extra 2 days from the promised date to finish.
