This place is truly your neighborhood bike shop. Urbanbikefitters is a very nice family owned bicycle store with friendly staff. Came here with some questions about foldable bikes, and the man who helped me (Mike) was very knowledgeable. Mike genuinely was passionate about bicycles and he showed me the pros and cons of each foldable bike. I was able to test many bikes out in the parking lot as they have a large area to ride in. Now I’m riding the best foldable Mobic bike and can’t be any happier. Thanks for the help, much appreciated! I will definitely be coming back for more bikes and taking my bikes here for future services.

Came here to find out about foldable bikes and they were awesome and patient about demoing and showing me all the bikes!! Excellent customer service! Update: came back and bought a bike and broke it slightly while disaster drilling and they helped me put it back together and showed me how do take off my tire and do a flat tire change. A+ customer service!!!

Friendly owners. They take their time explaining things and answering questions. Plenty of bikes you can test ride (especially the foldable ones), and they are setup to help make a custom bike for you. Top notch service. Whether you bought an entry level bike or a high end one doesnt matter, the quality of care is 100%. My next bike purchase will be here.

My office is nearby and dropped my road bike off for service. Dave was great, easy to work with and finished the job quickly and professionally. My bike shifts better than ever - and thats after two other shops tried to adjust it. Ill head straight to Dave @ Urban Bike Fitters next time I need service!
