My son and I recently bought my sons bike for his 18th birthday from Ha, the owner. I told him I was on my way to work and needed to find a bike quickly... I told him a ball park figure that I wanted to spend, and he went through the features and benefits of several bikes in my $$ range. He was friendly and professional! My son liked the bike on sale that had the features and benefits and color he wanted. We were out with the bike and helmet in less than 15 minutes with a very happy son. Because we were in a hurry, he told us to come back for any tuneups or questions. I highly recommend this cool little store which has been here for years.

Oh my god....I went to this damn place with my $400+ bike which I had bought from here. The owner had promised me that any repairs on the bike would be at reduced prices. I had two flat tires which needed to be fixed and I go in and get charged double the amount I was promised. And the fact that he had charged my cousin for the "exact same issue" at the reduced price pissed me off even more. I kept telling him that my cousin got it at this rate, why are you charging me more? But he just DID NOT LISTEN. These guys are just liars and cheats. I could have just gotten it fixed in San Jose where I live for cheaper than what they charged me.

I called him for asking "I am looking for a tube for my bike" - he immidiatly said " 5$ 60Cents". note- no hello no thing I said I am looking for 26" - he said " 5$ 60Cents". I said I need one with presta valve - he said " 5$ 60Cents". May be it was parrot who only new how to say "" 5$ 60Cents". it is the worst telephone experience that I had. how do dumb and annoying guys like that stay in business? My friends bikes bolt that held the pedal bar in place had somehow come off whilst she was riding. We were near the shop and I remembered Mr. Ha had always helped my dad with his bike...many times free of charge. We walked the bike in and showed him the problem and we were out in 5 minutes. Mr. Ha is a very generous man with his time. I will definately buy my next bike at his shop. The pedal bar works great now. This place loves its customers !

Today my father bought me a bike at Fremont Schwinn Cyclery and first off, the owner was terrific! He knew about his bikes. Also when I was looking around, he fixed about two or three clients in about fifteen minutes! The bike is awesome and my father told me we are going to buy our next bikes here, no arguments there. I recommend everyone to purchase or repair their bikes at Fremont Schwinn Cyclery.

My 9 yr old kids bike seat assembly came apart, couldnt fix myself as its tricky for me. I went here around 1045am and the elderly gentleman fixed the seat in 1 min and instructed how to put in bike which I knew. Best part is NO CHARGE for the work!!! My next bike related purchase would start here......

Mr. Has service is really good. He provides me the resolutions and price to my problems, so I not only know whats going on with my bikes but also ways to deal with it. I really appreciate his help!! I would also definitely going to recommend my friends who have bike related problems to come to his store.

He is an awesome person with lot of knowledge and great patience. He just knows it perfect how to behave and talk with a customer while being very very reasonable and frank. I just bought one hybrid used bike today and recommended to my friend. We are going there to buy another one as soon as in a week.

I was told by the other bike shop in town what the cost would be to buy and change 4 tubes on our bikes. Schwinn did it for 1/3 the price and was able to have me in and out within minutes. I used to go here 20 years ago when I first started riding and was glad to go back and have a great experience.

Great service! This is a bike shop run by a cool dude that is nice and very knowledgeable. He does great work and his prices are very good. Come support you local bike shop once in a while. You cant buy service online and we need these kinds of businesses around.

Mr. Ha is awesome. He knows about bikes and if he doesnt have something, he can find a way to get it. Dont go to other bike shops in the area, Fremont Schwinn is the place to be. Great, honest, and friendly service is a great value.
