This shop is much better than some of the surrounding, such as Cyclepath, and th Bicycle Garage, both of whom look like they cannot stock product enough to even warrant the shop size. Eden is well done, elegant, helpful, friendly but carried a modest selection compared to Castro Valley Cyclery, whose look is just as good, but carried what I needed today, and seemed to stock bikes and parts that I would be back to shop for.

One of the best bike shops I have ever been in. Not only in appearance, but the staff was friendly and was more accommodating then any other bike shop in this area. They were very good at listening to my needs and explaining clearly the benefits to me. The follow up service was great. Two time that I have been there I was amazed that there was a Movie star present. One being Robin Williams. Go Eden, keep it up.

The guy helping me the day i went to the store was very helpful, very informative, helping with testing bikes and finding the right size and fit for me. I liked the cervelo r3, i liked the feel of the ride. I probbaly will buy a high end bike from them in the near future.
