Update: a few days after I got my refund they contacted me to make it right. I got the perfect bike for me. Even though I had a rocky introduction, I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Redmond area. Awful service. Store manager is very unwelcoming, condescending, and apathetic. I attempted to purchase a bike here based mostly from the help the owner offered me. After 4 phone calls across a week I was finally told my order was never processed and they would look it into out and call me back. I never received a call back. I came in for my refund and was offered nothing at all to make it right. The experience wasted my time and I wasnt even offered a sincere apology.

Super easy, friendly experience. I went in there last Summer, looking for a new bike helmet. I hadnt purchased a bike helmet for years so I had no idea what the new ones have. Immediately, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. They were very understanding about my predicament and were extremely friendly. They showed me a good variety of helmets and gave me a few suggestions. Within 5 minutes, I was leaving with a smile on my face and a new helmet in my hands. Still using the helmet!

Exceptional workmanship and great service. Definitely the best bike shop Ive ever been to in terms of mechanics who can actually solve problems, explain what needs to be done and do a decent job of it. Very reasonable pricing and great selection of stuff that you might need, or dont need but really want. Ill be taking my fleet there from now on for sure.

Last season, my family started skiing for the first time. We came to Edge & Spoke. Staff was very patient and professional. They picked up everything for us but nothing more than necessary. All our ski equipment worked out great. My daughters fell in love with skiing. And we will go back next season.

Great place to get a bike or have your bike serviced. The staff is always courteous and super helpful. There new Retul fitting system is really good. They were able to spot a pelvic rotation which has helped my pedal stroke. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable customer service. Ive been to many bike shops, and this is one of the best. I go out of my way to have them take care of my bike. Concerning bikes, they are like a heart surgeon dont go to the second best.
