I rode bike in looking for brakes and was helped by one worker who was awesome, told me to come back in a week as they might have some newer products. I returned again with out bike this time to inquire on brake purchase as well as doing some fork rebuild/installs and the mechanic was rude for no reason, "if you dont have bike here then your just wasting our time"... thats one way to lose business... He then said "Ive got lots of custom frames to work on, I dont want anything to do with your build." well you can go f#$% your self.

I needed a sew-up tire for my bike. I was not sure of the size and the tire looked too small so I asked them to dry fit to see if it would fit. One of the mechanics cleaned my rim and them help me dry fit the tire. No charge. Yes, the tire itself was about 20% higher price than I would have paid for it on line, but I was able to get it immediately and not have to wait 4-5 days. If you know what you want and can frame coherent questions, they can be very helpful. I would use them again when I need a local supply of components.

Definitely will recommend to anyone with BMX park and racing hobbies. I saw Cult, redline, and FIT bikes in stock for young riders. 18inch etc. Pricing looked comparable to we what youd see online. Marcus offered a free safety check on my sons FIT when I brought it in for new tires. They said everything was great, but thought I might consider a new brake line. It was kinked pretty bad and the plastic housing was chipped open. They quoted $10 to fix it. Really solid place with an awesome staff!

I bought a brand new bike at this shop and over the years had to deal with them several times when bringing the bike in for service. The one instance that sticks out in my mind is when I got my bike back one time, they had reassembled the thing wrong and got mad at me when I called them out on it. I ended up paying them to correct their mistake and received no apologies. The mechanics at his shop are incompetent, and have big attitudes. Go somewhere else.

Good job for fixing. But they did not give quote before fixing the bike. I asked for a quote at beginning. They told me to quote "later". Then they did the fix very quickly without discussing about the price. In the end, I am surprised by the labor cost. The total cost for a simple fix is almost same as buying another 2nd hand bike. If I was told earlier, I would fix it by myself. I hope it can be improved.

A very unfriendly book keeping / cashier woman. She made such a big deal for 10 bucks of extra labor for rack fitting. The guy Bob who was doing the labor was very friendly and he also quoted me the cost to do labor. But this woman took out the customer experience completely off. I will never return to this place. Stay away from this shop, stay away from places where they dont treat customers well.

Been a long time customer since 1996. Bob and Rob are incredibly helpful. The mechanics have always helped solve my bicycle issues. I had a problem with my breaks and Pat was able to fix them. I havent met a mechanic that can dial in breaks like that guy. Keep it up guys!!!! I have purchased 5 bikes from them and rob even took care of getting my custom frame made when noone else could.

I have an older Cannondale Jekyll and brought it in for service and repair. They fixed all of the problems and charged me for doing so (that appears to be an issue with the other reviewers). The staff was informative, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. I will return for all of my MTB needs. If you are a cheapskate or want more for your money that you deserve go to Sports Authority.

The entire team is amazing. This is a store where they listen to you, understand you, and sell you what you need and is appropriate for your skill level. Most important, they are all enthusiastic about what they do. The mechanics are always available for any emergency repair and if the day is not crazy busy you get your service done while you wait

Great service. I have bought a bike here and had it serviced twice. Staff gives very personalized attention before and after the sale. No pressure sales or gimmicks. Ive been shopping around all other area bike stores and the service here is the best. Staff is also knowledgeable about area trails, have a history in the area.

They have a nice assortments of bikes. Ive bought 2 trail bikes here and most recently a bmx. They were big supporters of the famous bmx bike park nearby of the same name, Calabazas Park. They are not cheap, but informative salesmen and honest mechanics. The staff is very much biker culture. I like this place.

came in to see if brake pads need replacement, the young Bob said since I bought my bike on-line I need to find other mechanic to work on. I will need to pay $140 to have the whole bike inspected. He will not just change the brake pads. He afraid other things will go wrong and get blame.

I got my bike serviced here and started getting problems after 3 months. When I went back today and requested them to check they refused to accept that they ever serviced this bike and told me to pay $120 if they want any service.

Very rude, called in for help on a bike that needed some quick front wheel work that I would gladly pay for and was told "Im not interested in this, I have bikes to build today, goodbye" that is a quote! Amazing

I took my mountain bike here for some repairs and a tune up. They were super helpful, and very reasonably priced too. They even washed my bike and touched up a few scratches on it for free. Thanks guys!

I have never given 5 stars but the staff at this shop make you feel like family and have earned my trust. The mechanics are the best Ive ever worked with by far.

Called to see if the store was open to get my fixed bike repaired and the guy answered very rude "Im not interested to work on that bike" and hang up the phone.

Huge scam. They wasted my time and said it would cost 85 bucks to patch the inner tube of my bike when i could repair myself for only 5-10 dollars.
