They really go the extra mile to serve you as best they can. I test rode a couple bikes, and had no issues. Andrew (an employee) went well out of his way to explain every facet of the bike, and the equipment that I purchased for it. He also stayed much later than I imagine he had intended to install and customize the equipment for me. Great service, location, and selection.

Rented a couple of bikes and set out on the beautiful bike trail only to get soaked by rain an hour later. They didnt even charge us for the day because of the rain. Went back the next day and had a fantastic time with beautiful weather. Trailhead just yards from the store. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. I test rode a couple bikes here and it was by far the best and most hassle free test ride Ive had. On top of that, they have a pretty large selection of brands and models. Definitely check them out if youre bike shopping.
