My experience not so good. I called the shop before coming in to ask if they would look at my Daughters bike. They said sure bring it on in. So, I did. I was greeted, told my story; including I was not familiar with proper shifting technics. I was told that they would be happy to look at the bike and would also go over shifting technics with me. Cool, he took the bike as I looked around the shop. I could see the original guy that spoke with had moved on to other clients and after about 30 minutes I went to find out whats up. Thats when another employee said "What is it you wanted again?" "How to shift?" I told my story again with the first guy I spoke with sitting right there talking with another client. I told the second gentlemen the main reason I was in there was the chain or gears are slipping. The gentleman told me he had made some adjustments and that should be fixed. I was happy they only charged me $10. Too bad the problem was not fixed and no spoke with me about the bike. Ill try another bike shop next weekend.
