My derailleur has been very finicky lately and despite trips to the LBS not getting any better. Today as I was riding sweep on a group ride, my chain dropped and wedged so deeply in my cassette I couldnt budge it out. I was SO LUCKY because it happened right in front of the Livermore Cyclery. They guys in the shop worked on my bike immediately and had me back out and riding 20minutes. They were very kind, offered degreaser for my hands and adjusted my derrailleur so perfectly that bike is now humming like it was when it was first new. THEY WERE AWESOME and I am so grateful for their service today! (My fellow female riders enjoyed shopping in the clothing section while waiting).

Just wanted two department store bikes tuned up and made sure there safe before Santa gave them to my kids for xmas. They wanted 75 bucks for each bike, when they were already built. I could understand 75 for the both, but each for what i know is about an hour of work. They were courteous and friendly, but obviously didnt want to build a relationship with a local consumer. The wife and i will now need bikes...

Walked in on a Saturday at 3:00PM with damaged cables. Chris Whiteman immediately took the bike in and within 2 hours I had a completely restored and re-tuned bike. I am long time shopper here but not a frequent service customer. Didnt matter to Chris or Livermore Cyclery. I was treated like I had a $10,000 bike in for service. Thanks Chris. Outstanding Service!

This is the friendliest and most helpful bike place in the area. Weve visited multiple times and have brought bikes in for service twice. The second time they were able to repair my bike and give it a tune up the same day I brought it in. They have a good selection, and the prices seem reasonable.

I ride Specialized! I am a road cyclist that may ride over 1200 miles per month. Been to this shop twice. Both times the kid at the counter behaved as though it was a bother serving me. Upgrading another Specialized frameset this Winter, be sure i wont be shopping here.

Amazing service. Bought my first road bike after not riding a bike since middle school. Im completely in the dark as far as road biking knowledge. The staff answered all my questions the multiple times I visited. I will definately be buying all my bikes from here.
