The people that I spoke with, JT and Paul were very knowlegable in helping me to pick out the perfect bike for myself as I am getting back into riding again after having not been on a bike in 6 years. I liked that they knew so much about the bikes and what I may be needing at this stage in my life, in a bike. I also liked especially how friendly everyone was, and they knew most every customer that came into the shop by name. Pretty cool! I will definitely be going back there! :)

I had got the run around and some of the Austin bike shops trying to up-sell me on more bike than I needed. Cyclewerx sold me the exact bike I needed/wanted at a lower price than anywhere in Austin. It was genuinely worth the hour drive up just to deal with nice people.

The owner Paul was knowledgeable about the used bike I brought in and made sure my repairs were done quickly because I had to put my bike in a moving truck the next morning. The store has a good selection of reasonably priced bike accessories as well.
