Service at BikeOne is good. Be prepared to pay a PREMIUM for their services, compared to other places in the area. The bike prices are comparable to others in the area and online. If youre in the market to purchase a bike, come in mind that the sales staff are extremely pushy and they try to make everything fast. Of course, they try to make sales. While I think this is a completely legitimate establishment, I always got a vibe that I was somehow being scammed. This is ultimately what led me elsewhere. Granted, there are some very good employees that work here, but the ones whom are first in contact with the public arent very customer minded. I purchased a bike last year from here and I was glad that I made the purchase, but I had to purposely make several visits before purchasing just to make sure I wasnt being scammed--all the while the sales staff were extremely pushy. Purchasing a bike here is fine, but dont have it serviced here unless youre loaded. Als Bikes(just East on Main) is decent and Buchanan Bikes(nearby) is excellent! Id be willing to give BikeOne a try again some time, but not until they lower their rates or at least make the rates worth it.

Visited this bike shop on Saturday 2/18/2017. The purpose of my visit was to buy a full suspension bike for my wife. We were in this shop for about 20 minutes or so waiting for a salesperson to help us and during that time no one ever said a word to us. My wife felt like we were being stereotyped because I probably looked like a slouch because I had been working in the yard prior to going bike shopping. Several people visited this business while we were waiting for someone to help us. They got taken care of right away. My wife mentioned to me several times that we should just leave and I told her to just wait a few more minutes. Well time passed and still no one wanted to assist us so I agreed with my wife that we should just go ahead and leave. As we walked out one of the salesmen was riding a bike out the door and said thanks for looking to us as we walked out the door. I let him know that he missed a sale and I had $2000 in my pocket and was there to pull the trigger on a new bike. Now he was interested in helping me!!! Too Late Pal!!!

I have been shopping at Bike One for over 10 years. They have always treated me well and given me good service. All of the employees are great. They are bicycle enthusiasts who know what they are talking about when they give you recommendations. They always try to give the best advice, which means listening to the customer and assessing their needs. Everyones needs vary and that is reflected in the vast array of equipment available that ranges from the entry level to the professional level. If you can communicate your needs well then Bike One will set you up correctly. Prices are standard retail pricing. Sure you may find better prices online but it does not come with the customer support you will get with Bike One. I get great service and that is why I keep coming back.

Took my bike to Bike One several times for adjustment, and they NEVER got it right. And I was charged each time, even after stating I was bringing it back to have the same thing done. I am not a fan of paying for someone to fix something more than once, and then still not get it right! (And the manager was awfully rude to the employees on more than one occasion while I was there. Could be part of the problem in my opinion.) Took it to Buchanan, where I was told both calipers were loose, chain derailleurs were loose, and the cables were not adjusted correctly. I certainly will never go back to Bike One, and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Save your time and money, and go to Buchanans first. Buchanan got it right the first time.

My son went into this store today to purchase a $900 bike. I could not get there to buy it so I asked if they could take my information over the phone and I would come in later. I did not ask if we could take the bike. See I have a credit score of 845 so I knew financing would not be a problem. Better yet I was going to pay cash for it and not tell my son. While I was on the phone with another salesman, Big Mouth Tommy Duvall was talking ugly to my son (I could hear him thru the phone), I told my son to LEAVE the store. After he left I called and told the ASS off. This company may be great to do business with, this arrogant jerk is not. Good luck Tommy, Karma comes around.

I went in not knowing the first thing about road bikes. Ricky was very helpful and informative. He was able to answer all my questions and pick out a bike that was perfect for me. I purchased the essential accessories as well, and did not feel pressured to purchase anything I did not need. In general, I did not feel pressured to purchase anything, including the bike. As I understand the shop gives free tune-ups for life on bikes purchased in their store. This is a great value. Overall, a great experience and look forward to visiting again for any future bike needs.

Be prepared to pay 500% + mark up on everything. Check out what you are interested in buying from them , then compare to amazon prices etc. I bought some cheap sram shifters from them for $35, found out they would have cost me $10 from amazon. Started comparing other stuff like a bicycle light I bought from them for $45, could have bought it from amazon for $15. The people there are helpful and friendly , honestly if they were not so damn expensive I would have continued to go there.

Wonderful dealership! I came in several weeks before I bought my bike and test rode a few bikes. I wasnt ready until I test rode other bikes at dealerships in different cities. They answered all of my questions and concerns and even unboxed and setup new bikes for me to try. I finally decided on a Giant bike, but wanted it customized to fit me better - and they did just that. The staff are all very knowledgeable and are bike enthusiasts including the owner Tommy Duvall.

Visited Bike One to purchase a bike lock for my son who is attending the University of Oklahoma. The store is easy to find. The employees are very helpful and friendly, immediately greeting you and offering assistance as soon as you walk into the store. Its obvious that they focus on customer service in a competitive retail environment. I was glad that there was a bike shop close to campus that had a specific type of product that I needed to purchase on a specific date.

I took a friend of mine here to get them an entry level mountain bike. The staff were very pushy and continually tried and push her into buying a carbon fiber full-suspension bike instead of something more practical for a beginner cyclist. I have never received service this bad in a bike shop before. They basically assumed that because she was a woman they would be able to talk her out of another grand or so. I would not recommend this place, go to Als over on main.
