Management should never swear at a customer. Kids were present while mothers were frantically scrambling to grab their own young to exit the store. After observing the rude behavior of the manager and seeing the surprised reaction on the customers face gave me emotions of sympthay and regret of having to hear what was going on. I would avoid this place solely due to management. Their customer service is lacking. Maybe its because they get paid so little so I cant blame them too much on hating their job. But by no means does that excuse them from treating a customer whom wanted to return an item, like dirt.

i am pleased every time i go into this store the staff are so friendly ben and all the others have done a great job and i will continue to keep shopping there no matter what thank you for all you have done for me and the help with my games and advise on some of the games you have.

Online it said they open at 10 am and its been 30 mins and it is still not open. They could at lest get a sign up on the store walls or get somone who will open the story on time this is the 4th time this has happen to me.

Poor selection of games, poor prices, poor trade-in offers, staff is always trying to sell you something. Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart are much better to video game deals.

Girl is watching training videos on the store TV and didnt bother to greet us for about 10 mins.
