Today I went into Target around 11:00pm (11/09/16) and was shopping in "the One Spot" section. I found eight of the same Christmas mugs under the $1 tag. When I went up to the register(customer service) a young girl with a gap in between her teeth "helped me", The mugs rung up as $3 and I explained to her where I found them and she did not even try to go check what I was talking about or honor the mugs. She tried to make me feel stupid with her little smirk: I told her she should go put them in the right spot so other customers wont get confused, she did not. I went back to the One Spot and they were still there, and the One spot is literally twenty steps away from the register and she had no one in line. I worked retail since 16! and I know if there is the same item multiple times in the wrong spot it should get honored. As a frequent customer I felt extremely disrespected by they employee. If she does not have good customer service skills maybe she should get moved to the stockroom.

The store is small but well organized and clean. Customer service is average but not extraordinary. Ive never felt like theyve went above and beyond. The pharmacy is probably their best aspect. The Target in Destin is larger and the workers are more friendly. The Starbucks is decent but the one by Santa Rosa mall down the street is far better. My main issue is I went shopping there. When I arrived at the door, there was three customers waiting while the manager stood there and chatted with her coworker. She explained we had to wait two minutes until they opened. Everyplace I worked at we would open earlier if there was a line.

Im from out of town, so I dont want to come across as insulting...but this is literally the smallest target Ive ever been too. Which is not all bad, except it truly was lacking some of the items Im used to being able to run to target and grab. Again, new here, but I looked it up and the next closest target is 30ish minutes away in Destin? I feel as if, surely, the area could benefit from a regular full size target. But then again....maybe target is just more popular the other places Ive lived and people around here dont really mind or care? Not what Im used to, but staff was nice and it was clean so not a bad place either.

Unable to purchase two $40 pair of mens shoes because there was no stool, bench, or area to try them on and each pair of shoes were attached with a plastic cord that required cutting or violently yanking apart to allow someone to try on. One would think that traditional brick and mortar stores would be cognizant of the merchandizing factors that allow them to differentiate themselves from online commerce. Shoe purchasing is definitely one of them and Im surprised target makes it so difficult try on and buy a pair of shoes. And they wonder why they are having profitability problems.

We like this Target store, we just wish it was closer to Crestview! But, as far as the store goes itself, its nice. Lots of parking and very convenient to the rest of Fort Walton Beach. Also, so far, the employees are very friendly and helpful. They dont like to see long lines waiting at the cash registers which is a HUGE plus in any store in my opinion.

Gout in Palm Beach County where I came from prices are much different I rarely shop at Target theyre mostly at Aldis which Im hoping they will put in up here in Fort Walton when I saw bananas $0.29 I thought it was a pound which is more in line with Aldis not each also there selection of cheeses andcold cuts are more expensive and selection is limited

Usually higher quality products than can be found at Walmart, and usually not as crowded, better stocked, and cleaner and more organized inside. Sometimes a little more expensive that Walmart, but you get what you pay for. Staffing is better, with many registers open and many associates available.

Its a nice target with a starbucks. The only reason I would rate it 4 stars is the target in Destin is really a lot better. The items they carry at the Destin location are even better. Although in the summertime this location is probably a lot less crowded.

My fiance and I registered here a couple weeks ago. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Lots of good prices on the home decor and bathroom supplies. Plus, they have a great Blu-Ray section. haha

I always enjoy going to this Target. It has a Starbucks inside and they have a lot of items that you cant find at Walmart. The store layout makes it easy to find what youre looking for.

Im here every 10 days because theyre the only store that carries the baby formula we prefer. Whenever we visit we always pickup other items because its a very convenient location.

Always quite, their cafe has good food and there is a Starbucks as well. Ive had no trouble returning merchandise. Its like an expensive Walmart without all the trashy people!

Nice clean store. suitably convenient for me to make the ill-advised stop for Doritos, Tapatio, and sour cream to sooth my nerves in traffic on the way home along bloody 98.

Added a nicer grocery section. But I was shopping for hand vacs, and they only had one on the shelf. Ended up returning it for a refund because it was defective anyway.

This Targets a little busier than others Ive been to, but everything was organized and easy to find. Im not local to the area, but definitely was the place to go.

Its an older Target, not a Super Target. Decent parking available. Ease of exiting the parking lot depends on the time of day.
