2 separate occasions i was screwed over. First i bought a razor motorcycle with a extended warranty i bought the bike in sept of last yr my son got to ride for about a month and not everyday. We got a lot of rain the next few months, no riding. Feb rolls around and he wants to ride, but it doesnt work . So i tried to take it back to the store, they say i have to warranty it through the company. They told me to send the handle bars and the seat i was never compensated it was a total loss they dont know what happened (burned with a extended warranty) second time today i bought the best airsoft gun they carry 2 and a half weeks later jammed. I couldnt get to xchange right away,(i work full time) so i got a little extra time today and tried to exchange it for operational one. I was 4 days over the 30 store warranty and the wouldnt xchange it. so it was no use to my son so i just left it. If i could leave a 0 star or a negative star i would. KEEP THE POINTS ILL NEVER SHOP AT KMART AGAIN

Its like a CVS or a Walgreens in a bigger facility. Not everything you need from a retail store but enough to get you by in a pinch or if you live close. The inventory shrinks every time I visit and the selection is ever decreasing. I feel like this particular location is trying to survive, and its been just getting by for quite some time. The parking lot is generally empty. Sad really. Ive always liked Kmart. This store needs help!

I usually order stuff online for pickup here if its a good price or on a promotion. Unfortunately, theres about a one in the chance of there being some problem with the order, which can be extremely annoying. The decor is dated and hasnt been updated over the years to continue attracting customers, so its usually pretty empty.

The second time in a row products prices were mislabeled the only had one cashier working and management nowhere to be found. Supposedly had a sale Coke products 3 for $9 but they bring up 469 management will not change prices if caught they just override it thats a scam
