i ordered a 1270$ loudspeaker processor (very good price actually), Pro Audio Solutions never send me any valid tracking number! after i realized the item would not arrive, i started emailing and calling Warren White, the manager of PAS. At the beginning, very convincing: "yes sir, on monday, first hour, i take care of your problem".Never happened. Now its been six months of emailing and phoning, with just no results at the beginning and at the end he just doesnt make the effort to answer. the guy says its UPS, but UPS on its side never received the item. and PAS has nothing to prove that UPS got the shipment. anyway, i had the clear impression that Warren White is making a fool of myself. well he had his money doesnt he? thats what he cared most of. on the other side, the shipment isnt his problem. TO CONCLUDE: good prices, but ALWAYS A CHANCE TO LOSE YOUR MONEY WITH PRO AUDIO SOLUTIONS. check on the internet, im not the only one

I have been looking for this specific microphone for months and all the big stores said they could get it but dont stock it. I came across Pro Audio and they had the Crown CM311AESH head set in stock and cheaper! Well I ordered it right away and then sudden delays started happening and I thought I was duped in to doing what the big stores wanted, order then they would order and ship when received. But I was wrong. There was some kind of delay in Nashville due to a freak snow storm and the owner (Warren) emailed me to apologize, explain and bang head set was on my porch the next morning. This Mic is hard to find and now I see why, it is awesome. Ten times better than the Shure or AKGs I have previously owned. Most famously used by Garth Brooks dont kid yourself the Mic will make a difference in the quality of your voice. Thanks Warren!

I have been using Pro Audio Solutions for about 10 years now and have always had a great experience. The owner is versed in everything audio related and has helped me with installs and troubleshooting anything that is not working correctly. WOW! I cant believe how fast these guys are. I ordered my new AKG wireless system late Monday morning, UPS delivered it Tuesday (via ground shipping). Now I am technically close to them, theyre in Kentucky, I am in Tennessee, but I have dealt with other companies with the same kind of distance and their turn around was NOTHING like these guys. And the customer service? AAAAMMMMAAAAAZZZZIIIINNNNNGGGG!!!! Get the picture? I have found my company to handle my audio system needs. These guys know how to take care of their customers. I bought some active studio monitors from Pro Audio Solutions and I couldn’t be more pleased. The people there are extremely knowledgeable and steered me towards the Tannoy Precision 8D. It was here the next day; the digital interface worked perfectly and they sound fantastic –crystal clear. I’m also very pleased with the Brauner VMX Pure Cardioid mic I got from these guys.
