Attempted to trade two games that had been sealed since purchase and was denied the trade due to a policy that is supposedly in place. Associate stated that they didnt know if game could be stolen, implying that I might not have purchased the game myself. I had plans to buy two games and a headset, but didnt buy anything due to the denial of my trade. Overall bad service, not right for the customer.

Always, and I mean ALWAYS, the best place to get my games. The guys there are friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to answer anything I ask. Their suggestions about what games will best appeal to me are always spot-on. Ive seen them treat even the most rude and unreasonable customer (wanted his money back for a game hed purchased elsewhere AND played through) with patience and respect.

Has to be the worst store. The manager Sean/Shawn doesnt want to seem to help anyone. I was on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. Called back and he said there was still customers in line. Well Id have to be somewhere in the line also. This is not the first time dealing with Shawn. Also lied to on a separate occasion about a sale. This guy has got to go in order to make this store better

Always receive top notch service here. From management down to staff members. All have smiles on their faces when you walk til you walk out, regardless if you make a purchase. They always have the best recommendations for what youre looking for. I dont live close to this store anymore, but I will drive the distance just to shop here.
