I understand these stores have high dollar assets, but if they are going to follow people around the store, at least have better customer service. I felt very uncomfortable and glad to walk out of there even though I got a good deal on a 25" monitor. Prices in store do not match online. Was being watched from behind as an employee sat on couch and commented on items I was looking at. I asked a guy to see the box of a monitor not on display. He asked me 3 times if I wanted him to go back and get the box after I asked.

Tyler (assistant manager) provided me with excellent customer service. He was very professional and courteous when providing me with prompt assistance and obviously very knowledgeable regarding any products i had questions or concerns about. Samantha with Acceptance Now provided me with absolutely exceptional customer service while assisting me with financing options. I shop at this store on regular basis, probably to much because they all know my name! Zion the Store Manager does a phenomenal job with knowing his products and prices, and an even better job at taking care of his customers. I recommend this store to everyone because although I have an account with Bestbuy as well, I choose EE 95% of the time, because its hard to replace the customer service you get at Electronic Express. Especially the Hermitage location.

Horrible customer service! Purchased a Whirlpool washer from Electronics Express, after getting it home and moved to the second floor realized they had mistakenly given me the wrong washer. After numerous phone calls and several visits to the store they have made no effort to correct their mistake even after offering to pay for delivery. It is now 4 days later and I am still stuck with the wrong appliance. Do not buy from Electronics Express

I walk in the other day and all the sales men were busy with customer but this the manager. And I ask him if he could of helped me and he said no because thats isnt his job. I dont know his name but I remember it started with a Z. Im a old man and I need help. His a very bad manager. He stinks very bad and he was eating food in the front counter in my face. Please make electronic express in hermitage better by getting rid of him

This electronic express is by far the best ive been too. Im from detroit and had never even heard of an electronic express until 2 days ago. After my experience there, I was more than thrilled to return. Ive been there every day since and will continue to shop there. The staff is hilarious and friendly with admirable knowledge of the products they sell. They want to make sure you get the best experience you can. Loved it!

Had a radio installed at Electronic Express by appointment today. Dropped my truck off at 12pm and was not ready till 9:00 pm. I was told they may need to keep it all night. I was charged $663.37 to hav a radio and a pair of tweets installed. Here is the kicker they charged me for all sorts of things however none of what I was charged for was installed. I will not ever shop at Electronic Express ever again!!!!!

They Have a car installation department yet they have no one working it. I went up there to have a stereo installed and was told they do not even have anyone employed to do so. If I wanted to buy stereo from a place that could not install it I would buy it from Walmart. How can you advertise professional installation and then say you do not have anyone who does installations.

The staff is this location are clueless and have no concept of customer service. Scheduled the install only to show up & be told the installer is out and Id have to reschedule. This is a week after they kept my vehicle for 4 hours before they inform me Im missing parts for the install I was having done. I will never return to this location.

Very knowledgeable staff. Zion the manager was great in making sure I was waited on and had everything I needed. No high pressure tactics, just great info to help me make an informed choice. Overall great experience and assistance compared to the other big box stores around, this is why I love shopping with our local businesses.

I have lived in Hermitage over 20 years. I have tried to go to this location many times over the years........never a good one yet. There is never anyone there that seems to care, the most recent being Earnest that tells me he is there to fix it, my question is who is going to fix him cause his attitude ........is really bad

This is more about the acceptance now in the store. If your time is worth anything do not deal with these people because it seems like theyre all about wasting peoples time. I was told one thing and then after 45 minutes of waiting I was told something completely different. That is no way to run a business.

My GPS wasnt turning on and an employee by the name of Mac went out to my car and checked it out. Turns out I didnt have the plug in all the way! Stupid me lol! Thanks for helping me out when the store I bought it from told me Id have to send it into Garmin. Ill be sure to buy from them from now on. 5 stars!

This store is so much better than it used it be. I am glad I gave it another shot. I came in for a clock radio and I was greeted by the manager. He helped me out and even gave me a discount because it was a floor model. The store was clean and pleasant. Ill definitely be coming back.

This place really made me mad. They sold me someone elses rejects! I bought a TV here, and it was missing screws for the table stand, the screw holes were damaged, the frame was all scratched up, and the TV DIDNT EVEN WORK! Never going back there.

I bought a computer there today. Brand new. Get it home. Somebody else had it before me!!! Couldnt log in to the computer because somebody else had their own name and password. They sold me somebody elses used computer as NEW

Sales people are way too pushy. If you want to look at different items to decide what you want, go somewhere else. There are reasons these stores are mostly empty of customers, and this is one of the bigger ones.
