I have never met anyone who could explain TVs like my salesman did. He was honest and got me more then I expected for my money. On top of that the stores TV prices were just as good as Walmart, and to be honest, Id much rather go buy a TV from someone who knows TVs inside and out. Walmart employees dont know anything about TVs and that really increases the chances that someone will get less than they want, or buy a piece of junk. However, being the salesman at Electronic Express knew tvs, he was able to explain to me all the options I had, and show me exactly what I wanted.

This store is a disgrace to the community. The sales people have little to no knowledge about their products and the company is simply not ethical. I bought my sons christmas gift from Electronics Express. It does not work and they refuse to take it back even with the receipt. I will never shop there again and I hope that folks will consider going to a reputable retailer who stands behind their products. There fake sales and "grand opening" are fooling no one. This is bad for Gallatin.

It was the worst experience Ive ever had, the sales man would not even try to make us happy... Went in to look at home speakers, all he want to show us was samsung sound bars. When we wanted sony tower speakers.. when we asked about hearing them he said there was nothing to hook them up to... And as we where walking out mad an nother couple walked saying they would never go back there either... no manager available to talk to about our experience... wont be back ever...

I paid for them to install my TV wires in my wall. They came a month later and said they couldnt do it bc of how my wall was situated. They never gave me my money back! I disputed with my cc but they lied and said they did the work. I can show photos of the wires still not in my wall. So Im out $200 for nothing. Im contacting the police bc thats robbery plain and simple.

I have purchase two TVs never had a problem, a computer I love from Express, Two sets of washer and dryer they delivered and the manager came to my home and installed because deliver brought the wrong one, a Asus slider and a laptop. We have always been happy with Expresss Sales and Service.

Salesman were so busy shooting the breeze with one another they couldnt help me and my husband. We drove from Rivergate to buy a tv that only Gallatin had. Bad business practice to put it mildly!
