If I could I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star. Worse place to ever shop. Purchased a Drone from there that did not work and the next day went to return and PAUL (the very rude disrespectful guy) tells me that he cant take it back because the manufacturer doesnt want drones taken back. I just purchased it from your store ELECTRONIC EXPRESS and no where on your policy says Drones can not be returned. Zero Customer Service. If you plan on buying something there dont even think about going back to return or get some help. They will sell you their bullshit and then tell you a dumb lie so they dont have to take it back. By the way, I bought a iPad that same day and I wasnt even told that they were refurbished when I should have been informed about what I am purchasing and the policy of the store beforehand. Ridiculous! Dont ever go there!

Until last Friday, I was a long term customer of Electronic Express. Called this Nolensville installation site to set appointment for car stereo installation. I purchase unit at their 100 Oaks store check online inventory to make sure they had it inventory. I called Nolensville Road to set appointment for installation and they said I had to drive 30 minutes one way so they could look at car an make sure they had parts because their inventory might not be correct, then set appointment and then make another trip to have it installed. The Nolensville store was rude, disorganized and hung up on me. They single handedly ruined a long time relationship with a customer. Go elsewhere. Electronic Express was once a good company

This is to yall latinos and ppl from Nashville ,there is a news on NASHVILLE news about the personal on this store being racist to the latino cominity,they wont exchange your items even if u on the 30 days trial, even the manager is racist it self ,please dont go to this store. You probably wont get the service that you should need and you will b in trouble if u try to return items that didnt work or u didnt like, I had a bad experience months ago too and since then i havent been in this store ,they are so ignorant, no respect and they always on bad mood, the service is poor and bad .

The staff I have dealt with have always been helpful and knowledgeable about the products on hand. When I went looking for a specific TV they were out, but when I asked about getting a better deal on another style they didnt hesitate to work with me and I walked out with a new TV that listed for more money but I got it for the price of the one they were out of.

Id give negative stars if I could. I was sold a phone that didnt work on my carrier, even after I asked multiple times if it would. The most expensive phone in there, by the way. With that being said, dont go to this Electronic Express and honestly I wouldnt go to any of their stores, period. Unknowledgable and unprofessional. Do not do business there

A manager by the name of Cory went out of his way on his personal time to pick up some missing pieces to our purchase. Made sure that everything was sorted out moments after I called in with a problem that started when I purchased a TV a different location.

Purchased a remote start online and took it in to have installed. TIM did an excellent job and completed the installation in a few hrs. The labor was 186 + 90 for a Fl-can adapter if your car keys have a chip. Fair price.
