I am very disappointed in the way the staff treats their employees. A friend of mine just bought a fridge from the Columbia store on Wednesday. 5-20-2015. It was delivered on 5-22-2015 but the fridge does not work. She called the store and the manager stated that he was sorry but he couldnt do anything at the time because he couldnt even find her name in the system. He told her that he would have to get with the guys that installed and get back with her. The manager just called her back and said the best thing he could do is replace her fridge on WEDNESDAY. This is Memorial Day weekend so now she has to go all weekend and two days after without groceries or a fridge. Of course all of her groceries were ruined but he told her that he couldnt replace them because she didnt get the extended warranty. Which the salesperson talked her out of getting because the fridge didnt come with an icemaker. She called him while we were at work and he was very rude to her. I tried talking her into calling The Better Business Bureau, which she may still do because it is a shame that they are quick to sell you an item but not wanting to do anything when that item is broken. I would not recommend anyone to shop at the Columbia Electronic Express store.

My mother purchased a washer 2 years ago and she has tried several times to pick up said washer, but they lost the paperwork. After several trips to the store, the Manger would only give us the corporate number to call. We called and called leaving several messages, finally they returned the call stating they needed copies of the pick up slip and receipt, which was given. They call 2 years later and states they never found the original washer, but they are prepared to give another washer in place. Prior to going to picking up the washer, I called to see what was needed. I was told ,from the store manager, the only thing that was needed Is My mothers drivers license. She provided the drivers license and then they continued to refuse to give the washer. This really is beginning to feel like theft, and it makes me wonder who else they take advantage.

My husband and I bought a 60 flat screen, home entertainment system (Speakers), a wall mount, and a cord tunnel from the Columbia location. We could not hook everything up for about 2 weeks because we were in the process of moving. When we did start putting it up, we realized we could not mount the TV on our wall and we did not need the speakers. So we needed to return the speakers, wall mount, and tunnel. We called to see about the return policy and were told it was 7. The employee told us the policy (in a very professional tone) and then said he would talk to the manager and see if there was anything they could do. The manager was on the phone in just a minute and told us that as long as everything was in the box(es) they would return it. We took it in and returned it with no problem. We will definitely be back to the Columbia location.

We purchased a matress for my daughter May 5th. We paid for delivery. Still have not received call to set up delivery!! We were to get a call in 1 week to tell us when it would be in and set up delivery. No call! After 2 weeks we go to the store to have them check when it would be in. Had come in that day per store and to get call the next day about delivery. NO CALL again. Waited, over a week checked AGAIN with store. Told message left again and would get a call that day. NO CALL AGAIN!! Bottom line even though product is in cannot get anyone to talk to us about a delivery time. Dont plan to ever purchase from them again!! If cant get delivery in next 2 days will ask for money back and go elsewhere.

Been here a few times and I must say after today Ill never be back. They dont have very much to offer and what they do have is at a terrible price and selection is much below average, kinda sad honestly. The "markdowns" are a joke. What i mean is why would you offer a car radio for $249 and mark it down to $149 when everywhere else has the radio for $149 all day everyday? You dont!! Its a joke. As for the staff, they are all lazy. You cant even getting a greeting when you walk in because they are all to busy on Facebook! When you finally ask for help id say what you get is a far stretch from help. Bottom line, go somewhere else if you want good prices, decent help and an average variety.

THE CAR AUDIO TECHNICIAN (CRAIG "THEY SAID HE WAS THE BEST"ARROUND") WAS EXTREMELY PERVERTED AND INAPPROPRIATE!! HE EVEN TRIED TO SOLSOLICIT ME FOR SEX!!! THE COUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! I WAS NEVER OFFERED MY MONEY BACK!!! I am amazed at how bad my experience at this store was on 4 consecutive trips. Not only was I given the wrong computer the first time, the next computer I bought was installed with the wrong windows 8 OS product key. When I informed them of this problem they asked me to bring the computer back up to the store for my 5th trip. During these trips multiple sales employees said that would leaving due to the poor management in the store they had experienced since their start.

I ordered a full kitchen of white Samsung four peice on 8-18-15. Waited the six weeks for delivery on 10-8-15. The ref. door had a dent. Called on 10-15-15 about the dent and send a picture of the dent. I was told by Gretchen on 10-27-15 that the door was ordered and may take 3 to 4 weeks. Today is 5 weeks. Yesterday Gretchen didnt know if our door came in. She would let me know. Still waiting. I left other messages on many numbers have not gotten a return call.

I bought a keenwood radio from there a year ago this will be the second time Ive had to have the installer check the wiring. The harnesses keep pulling loose causing my speakers to go out. They cant give you any information and no one seems to know whats going on. Cant be seen for at least another two weeks. I just want my radio to work as promised and as I have paid for professional installation.

My girlfriend bought a new whirlpool washer now it wont do anything called them and the cant find her in the system so there saying she didnt buy it there i wish we could find the paperwork with the extended warranty but whats funny they can find our stove and dryer but not where we got the washer sounds fishy to me
