First off, I would rate higher if possible. I am a 20+ year smoker and decided its time to make a change. I started researching vaping and talked to a few friends in different areas of the country who have been doing it for years about all of the different options. There are so many options it is crazy, but dont let that intimidate you....read some opinions and reviews online and when youre ready you need to go here!!! I went to the Pensacola location and was very happy with my decision. First off, the store was clean, which says a lot in my opinion. I am totally new to vaping, I explained this to Todd and he was extremely helpful and patient. He was able to answer all of my questions and also give his insight on switching from smoking to vaping. He was very polite, professional, and helpful. There was never any pressure or pushing to buy a specific equipment setup or flavor. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get into vaping or switch from smoking to vaping. They have a great selection of equipment and flavor. Bottom line....No pressure, Very friendly, and Very knowledgeable.

Great experience. I i went in with a certain budget, and needed to upgrade my entire set up. i told them what i had before, and what i need out of my new set up, and they set me up with a perfect combination to fit my needs/budget. They were knowledgeable and as a moderate user, they taught me a little bit more about vaping and were incredibly friendly and cool about everything. Some shops employees can be a little pretentious about vaping, these two dudes were not at all. They set me up with the perfect e cig for me this is my 4th e cig, the other three didnt help with quitting cigarettes. But with this one i went feom a pack a day, to smoking 1 or 2 cigs a day. And some days none at all. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone. And will be shopping there exclusively. i wish i could remember the two guys names, because they wwre super cool and would love to be able to mention them by name. but best vape shop experience i have ever had. Also, best liquids in PCola. Great selection. Great prices. and noticabley great quality liquids. Thank you guys.

This is hands down the best vape shop in Pensacola. Whether youre interested in starter kits, sub-ohm vaping and mechnical mods, or entry-to-upper level VV/VW devices, youll find something nice for yourself here. Not to mention the premium (professionally made) juices, which are great. The staff is always friendly and willing to help customers, and theres always return customers vaping away and trying new gear inside. The prices are spot on and competitive with web-only dealers. Dont wait for shipping to get your hands on gear when you can get it for the same price here! If youre interested in rebuilding coils, they have a very knowledgeable resident expert and even free classes on rebuilding. More importantly, they know the ins-and-outs of battery/device safety and wont set you up with a ticking pipe-bomb.

I really wish I could raise this star rating but in all honesty 3 stars might be too many. First off your shop is impeccable. Nice and clean your staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. And thats about the instant the courtesies stopped. I grabbed a chair by the juice "bar" and proceeded to try and make "small" chat with the manager Frank. It seemed like he had no time for anything. Not the few customers that came in while I was there or I. The "orders" were more important. And when I offered, as I am a vape shop owner from another state, to help get samples sent in from our distributors he disregarded the comment as if i was speaking to a wall. I hope you all well in the future but I will not return nor recommend your shop to anyone. Good luck with future endeavors.

The Vape Shop of Pensacola is by far the coolest atmosphere and has the most knowledgeable employees of any Vape Shop around Pensacola. The staff define what it means to go above and beyond in customer service. Theres also free pool, a large screen tv and modern furniture for you and your friends to just chill and enjoy your vape. Kit and Kenny are particularly wonderful! Just today they helped educate me on how to properly operate my vaporizer so I didnt have to buy a new one! None of the people here try to sell you; rather, they educate and go out of their way to make sure you get the most out of your vaping experience. I LOVE THE VAPE SHOP OF PENSACOLA! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS EXCELLENT SHOP! IT WAY OUTSHINES THE COMPETITION.

I was very surprised and pleased when the manager of the store (Kit) reached out to us regarding the recent problem we had with the tank. Every business has problems from time to time, but I admire those who reach out to correct those problems. Great job, still a loyal customer. Have always been a first class shop, however, purchased a tank that was defective and had a very difficult time getting a replacement tank. The sales person was very knowledgeable and had to go through an exorbitant number of steps including three phone calls to the manager before replacing our $10.00 tank. With all of the competition out there it seems we should expect better service.

Absolutely the most knowledgeable and friendly people, I quit smoking 2 weeks ago using cheap disposable e cigarettes and moved into a refillable vaporizer hoping to keep from going back to cigarettes , thanks to the staff at the vape shop I am now fully involved and smoke free still , they hooked me up with the perfect digital gear i needed found a great flavor for me and helped me out with the setup and everything. If your looking to quit smoking or just into vapeing this is the place to go , top quality goods and service NONE better been to many shops .

I cannot rave about this place enough, it is hands down THE BEST vape shop I have ever been to! I drive 50 minutes just because this place is so great! They have the widest selections of flavors, and theyre all so good! I havent tried one yet that I havent liked, which makes choosing one flavor so hard! The staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Their juice is amazing, and the pricing is beyond reasonable. I mean, $20-25 for a 60 ml bottle?! Good luck finding a price like that for juice of the best quality anywhere else!

Me and my fiance went in a few days ago so I could buy him the cloud beast for an early Christmas present. Robert was working but he told us we can call him Butters :). He greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and was such a big help. He explained to my fiance how to prime his new coil and we both talked him into buying a new snow wolf (that he absolutely loves). Robert was so patient with us trying any flavor we asked for and answering any question we had. Definitely a great experience with a great employee! 10/10!

One of the best vape shop experiences I have ever had. They know what they are talking about and if they dont know something they will find out for you. I was also sold a vape that has 4 batteries and one of the workers told me it was able to also run on 2. Well turns out that that wasnt correct (no fault on him the idea was scrapped by Smok) and I came back in a few days later and asked them about it. And they were able to get me set up and running again in 10 min. Love them.
