I was shopping online earlier today and added $500 of PS4 stuff. I added the Shipping and billing info and decided to call 1 more game stop to see if they had the same offer. I was luckily connected with Sarah who after only a few seconds determined I added the wrong PS4 to my cart which saved me not only 500 dollars but a lot of headache. She was extremely fast and helpful. I will be shopping at that location from now on. Thanks Sarah!

Promised to hold a item for me. When I got there they had sold it. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told there is nothing that will be done about it. They ended up selling me another item in its place which did not work when I got it home. I called the customer support line and asked that the district manager call me back.

Do not try to apply here. It takes three weeks for them to even start talking about your application and everyday throughout those weeks they tell you that theyll have an anwser the next day. Its ridiculous and infuriating.
