I took my laptop here for the first time Friday 12.27.13 and was told by the receptionist said that he would be done by Saturday afternoon 12.28.13 at the latest. I spoke with them Saturday morning and they told me the price it would cost to fix it and was told that it would be fixed at earliest that afternoon or Monday morning since they would be closed Sunday. I was very understanding since I know that this will take some time to fix and they have others to fix as well. I called up there Monday morning and was told that I need to learn to be patient with them and they would have it fixed sometime that day. I told them that I worked to 6:30 that evening and asked if I could pick it up the next day. They told me that it would not be a problem that I could pick it up Tuesday. I called back about 20 minutes to see what time they would be closing Tuesday since it was New Years. I was then told that they would not be open at all on Tuesday. When explaining that I was told that they would be open and I could pick up my computer then they told me they werent for sure if they would be open or closed on Tuesday and to call back in at 9:30. I called back in at 11:00 and was told that they would be closed both Tuesday and Wednesday and I would have to wait until Thursday to pick up my computer since I work so late tonight. I had an absolute terrible experience and will not be going back.

I got my battery on my HP laptop replaced here in January, in August it once again stopped working. I immediately took it to them because they are the ones that fixed it. They tell me they dont have a warranty on the work and want me to pay for another battery. Not even a year later! I obviously cant afford that being that Im a college student so I tell them no. I then had to pay 50$ for nothing. The customer service was HORRIBLE. The young lady was extremely rude. When I picked up my laptop I asked that they leave the battery out so it would at least power on so I can do my school work. When I went to power it on today it just keeps coming to some automatic repair screen and wont let me go any farther. So now not only am I out 50$ but Im probably going to have to spend money I dont have on a new laptop. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT go here. I dropped off my computer, was told it would take about 3 days but I could call back in 2 days. I called back on morning of the 3rd day and was told it would likely be ready sometime that day. I called several hours later to check on it, just simply asked if they had an estimate as to when it might be ready so I could plan my errands around picking it up, and was told in a snide voice "Well, I can rush through and miss something, is that what you want? Or you can let me do my job." Exceedingly rude, and it only got worse when I went to pick up the computer. Took it to another computer store and they fixed it literally while I waited in about ten minutes. This was the most unprofessional interaction Ive had with a business in Clarksville. Will NOT go back and hope other people dont either

Im so glad I found DoggHouse Computers! After visiting a string of bad computer repair stores here in Clarksville I took my laptop to DoggHouse. The service was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We found that the other company in town had SUPER GLUED my laptop screen on and essentially cost me even more money. If I would have just gone to DoggHouse in the first place I wouldnt have had to worry about it but even though the damage wasnt their fault they did everything they could to get my laptop fixed and back to me the same day since Im in school and a working mom. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase, repair or have any kind of IT work performed on their computer whether it be business or personal. Cant rave about them enough, their great!

I went here because my Macbook would not load. I was greeted by the man in the front. They explained it would be a couple of days to make it to my device. They also took time to explain how their process works. To make a long story short. Every time i contacted them to check on my computer, or they called me to explain the issue. They were very nice and talked in a way which i could understand. All in all my Mac works great. They even cleaned it and took time show me the finished product upfront! Thanks Doghouse for all your help!

I have been using DogHouse for years, before they moved to their Wilma Rudolph location, and I LOVE working with them! I never have a problem anytime I go in there. They are always straight forward, and tell me what needs to be done to get my computer up and going again. The lady that works up front is always so sweet and nice and never fails to greet me with a smile! Their customer service is excellent, the techs are so awesome, and I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your computer or IT needs!

Did not have any dog houses. I was disappointed when I walked in and saw that this was a computer store and not a high tech dog house carrier. You know the type that fills the food and water for your dog. Instead I was asked by the front counter person who was very polite by the way what was wrong with my computer. I have never owned one of those new fangled things nor would I. If youre looking for a high tech dog house DO NOT GO HERE! Thanks a lot guys.

I recommended you to if you need good service then please go to DogHouse Computers repair service, I am sure that you will get 100% satisfaction from their service. If you have in hurry you can go to meet them for a quick service and your problem will be solve in time not matter what types of difficult matter you have, they will solve all problem from your computer hard drive or laptop. No document need to format but your problem will solve.

Awful service. Not only did I not feel welcomed by the front desk but they also did a terrible job with the repair. The lady who works there needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. I sent in my laptop and they didnt even bother telling me the procedure or how much the cost was until they were done fixing it. Even though its working again there are still some frustrating problems with it.

DogHouse is meanwhile the bestest computer shop of Clarksville where they fullfill all needs of any computer. I have personally visited the doghouse and i noticed the team how they communicate with the customers is wonderous. They are well qualified about computer and modern internet technology. I hope they may have bright future.

These guys are great. I took my 60" Samsung tv to them with power up issues. With 2 days before the Super Bowl and a party planned to watch it I was freaking out. They said no problem, and had it fixed in no time. My TV is working great and my wife is happy. Party is a go thanks to them. Would recommend to anyone, anytime
