My wife and I have two Macs and the hard drives started to get full. I got tired of seeing the message and decided to upgrade my RAM and Hard drive. I went online and purchased the items and tried to do it myself using YouTube. It went okay for most of it but I stumbled on partitioning the hard drive and a few other items. Harry the guy that works behind the counter was very personable and helped guide me through the rest of the way. My stupid tax was very reasonable and with his help, I was able to get both computers back up and running. The store is small and lackluster but the service more than makes up for it. I would highly recommend Harry and PC gurus. Thanks!

I recently ran into a lot of issues with my computer. Had some Sound issues and my computer was running quite slow. I brought my computer into PC Gurus and they took care of all my problems in 2 days. They recently bought the store from PC Glitches PC Glitches was known for being overpriced and having horrible customer service. Not these guys. These guys are very personable and friendly I was even able to get some technical support over the phone with another issue i ran in to. Really like these guys because they actually care about their customers. I would recommend PC gurus to everyone.

Went in today for a computer issue and immediately was greeted with the very friendly and knowledgeable owner. He worked on my computer on the spot and fixed it quickly as it was an issue Id overlooked. After, he took the time to teach me more about the issue and a few other topics, and gave some great advice. I wouldnt go anywhere else around here but to his store!

I traded in my macbook air for a toshiba. As they transferred my data from the macbook air to the toshiba it wiped out my entire hard drive, and all the precious pictures, and documents that I had. They were informed about the incident, and they were able to get me back all of the pictures, and documents that I had lost! I recommend them for sure!

This place is very well run. It is clear that the employees genuinely want to help people. Their method of helping people is by fixing any issues that may arise with a computer. Their price for parts are clearly whatever it costs to purchase and the price for labor is great. I never felt like I was paying too much for their service.

Had a problem with a computer I had bought and they worked tirelessly to make sure it was in top notch condition. Replaced the motherboard free of charge and even added an Nvidia graphics card that didnt come with the system originally to sweeten the deal. Would recommend PC Gurus if you have any computer related needs. A+++ service.

Honesty and great service. Ridiculously low price for great technical service rendered. Computer problems, try him you wont be sorry. My desktop was DOA , gave it to him for diagnostics, so I could replace what was broken. He fixed it and I had it back in 1 day, how can you top that!!!!

This is the place to go for computer repair in the area. Their prices are great and the service is honest. They also sell computers and laptops at great prices. Dont go to geek squad or some expensive place like that. If you need computer repaired come here first.
