Terrible. First off they made me make my first payment the day after i got the furniture.. Before I had my furniture in my apartment. Before it was even delivered. I was a little upset. but got over that because they day I made my payment was the day it was supposed to be delivered to me. So my first payment out of the way. I get a call 30 minutes before the deadline deliver(keep in mind they had two hours to deliver or call) with someone telling me that two employees had quit and they have to reschedule. On top of the long wait in-store and the unprofessional manner of employee and management. Im quickly regretting my decision on choosing rent a center.

Very disappointed !! Got a washer a week ago it stopped working yesterday. Called them. They said they would bring a loaner while this one gets fixed. Well!! Now they are offering a brand new washer different then the one we have which is fine since this one was previously owned. But we have to wait till next week. We are paid for two weeks. So we are paying for a broken water. Rent a center has went to crap . After this I will never rent from them again and would advise no one else to either.

Ive been with Rent-A-Center for around 4 to 5 yrs. Ive gotten several products from them The customer service has always been great , knowledgeable, and friendly. Ive never had any problems with this company. Ive heard complaints ,but i just dont have any.
